Known at the D.C, the Dragon Council is like the government and court house of Drago Island, other than everything said before in the first text I've written "About Vampdragums", they are very fair with the laws and regulations. Many look up to them when the Empress is sent on a mission or is sent out on business. The D.C is made up of four people: Bryan, Marcus, Quincy, and Julia (one of the Empress's big sisters). They are very high class and enjoy their jobs. The three boys love to joke around and pull pranks, while Julia is the only mature one their. For uniform, they have to wear a Dragon Council crown and a sacred cloak of faith and honor to represent their people.
