The Protectors serve the Empress and the Dragon Council. They are sent on missions daily so they could stop enemies from disturbing the peace in Drago Island. The Empress's sister Nema is the general of the Protectors, so she is often busy when she visits her home land. The Protectors are like the warriors of the island, and are given highly technology weapons that are not found any where on Earth, and is so advanced, the humans have a hard time figuring out how it works or how its made. They are treated with the most respect and are well paid for their service.
