Chapter 24

I woke up. The next thing I knew it was Monday. And I checked the time; 6:59 am. I chuckled. 1 more minute and I'll be late. So I slept some more but then mom had ruin my sleep. Can't I just be late for one day?!

"Lena!" Mom scolded.

A groan escaped my mouth. "Can't I just-"

"NO! You need to be one of top students!" Mom exclaimed.

I didn't listen so I just pulled my blanket until it covers my full body and closed my eyes tightly. Sadly, my legs felt the cold air. I groaned and gave up.

"ALRIGHT!!" I stood up. Mom smirked and left the room without any hesitation. I brushed my teeth and took a bath.

After that, I slipped on my clothes, which was button-up plaid shirt that is red and black and skinny jeans. The normal ones. I slipped on my black high cut converse, sling my backpack on my shoulder and stumbled downstairs. Didn't even bother to eat breakfast. I just ran outside, running really fast.

Ugh, late ... I got to my locker, picked up my history book and walked casually to history class. I walked in casually like I don't care but ms. Dolly is pretty disappointed.

"Ms. Robinson! That's the first time you disappointed me." Ms. Dolly remarked.

I chuckled. "Well, I got a big HEADACHE last night." I looked at Andrew. Who is laughing his ass off.

"Why are you laughing Mr. Garfield?" Ms. Dolly asked.

"I gave Robinson here a headache last night. I was just babysitting my little cousin then I needed some help so I called Robinson to help then we got a huge headache."

"A headache that I've never experienced in my life." I sighed.

Ms. Dolly smiled. "Last name basis, huh, Garfield and Robinson?"

"Actually, Andrew." I corrected.

Then we got on with class. And listened to the history of Nelson Mandela.

While listening, I got a note from Andrew.

From : Andrew

I needed to ask you this now because I might forget ... why'd you call me a bimbo when you were asked out for the snowball dance?

I gotta say, Andrew's handwriting is pretty neat.

From : Lena

I got nothing else to say then that came out in my mind. ((((;

I slid it and Andrew noticed it so he got it. I jotted down some notes and get on with class.

Students filing out in the classroom while me, left alone with Ms. Dolly to have an advanced lecture. Which I don't give a shit about because I already studied it and she started shooting me some hard questions and I started answering them.

3 minutes later, I'm finally done with short lecture and short review and ran to my locker.

"Oh, you again!" Andrew said sarcastically.

I laughed and gave him a noogie.

"So I was thinking," Andrew said. "A date in my house only," suggested Andrew. I giggled. "Yeah, seriously, like we're gonna stay in my house, play some video games or play I Spy or Charades and shit then we could have dinner with my family in my house since you never had any dinner with them." He said. I laughed. "After that, we could go on a few walks at the park and I'll walk you home."
