Epilogue
GRADUATION.
lub dub... lub dub... lub dub... lub dub... lub dub...
"Lena Marley William Robinson, our valedictorian!"
"Lena, you ready?" Mom asked behind the door.
I'm already wearing my toga. Behind my toga is the dress that mom gave me. My hair is fixed, my shoes okay. Alright, I'm done. I got my speech ready and we're ready to go.
"I'm ready... For now." I said to mom.
Mom grinned. "You'll go up to that stage a smart and a successful woman in history."
I smiled sheepishly and hugged her. "Thanks for the encouragement. I hope I did my very hardest to make you proud."
"You already did, sweetheart." Mom said.
We let go from the hug. Dad came out of the room wearing his suit. He smiled proudly at me.
"Let's go?" Dad asked. I ran downstairs and sat on the sofa to slip on my heels. Yeah, they made us wear heels.
So we got in our gymnasium because that's where they'll announce the graduates. My parents has their pin "PARENT" and I have mine which is "GRADUATE". They guide me on the way to my seat and I sat down. Waiting for all of the parents and students show up and I have to sit beside jerkface. Which is Bryce.

So all of the other honor roll students said their speech and the very inspiring one was Cecile. It's so true. Yet she changed it.
"Hi. I am the treasurer of this obviously and I am the crazy one." Laughed Cecile. "I came up here today to receive my award as an honor roll student and to say this speech of course.
I've been one of the honor roll students for the past years since eighth grade because I have been a terrible one because of my brain. It's been thinking nuts since freshman because of adolescence. I almost got expelled during that year because of my behavior. But if I hadn't met my true friends in eighth grade, I would be out of this school and not to be a treasurer which I've always dreamed of. My friends taught me to work my very hardest to work and study hard. And there, I met Lena Robinson. She's the smartest and we all know that. But if I hadn't met her, I don't know what am I aiming for. What shoe am I throwing.
What I'm trying to say here is that there are hard times in life and yet those are the best experience. Because if we don't have hardships in life, who are we and what are we? Why are we even alive if there aren't even hard times that comes to our life? We should always accept the challenge that we have to throw the shoe until it reaches the finish line. I mean look at me, I have been a terrible one since freshman year and at sophomore for 2 months... I was so proud that I got to be an honor student. Until now, I'm still an honor student because I worked my very hardest to aim for my school goal and that is to be a treasurer and I did win.
I'm not saying that there should be hard things every time cuz' come on! We need some rest too you know!
I came up here, saying that if we are going to college already; we have to be smart and bright. Family comes first then work then success. Those are the results for being a hard working person and a good leader."
It was so inspiring. She made her parents cry. Tears of joy, you know. Then second was Andrew's. It's very funny yet motivating. Which was also short.
"I'm not very good in making speeches. What can I say? I'm an honor student, so back off. I'm just kidding.
This year's been pretty rough. People picking on me but at least I got popular. I've had my first fight here. Which I don't wanna talk about it in front of the principal because he might remove me in the honor roll now. And I don't want that.
