Nanami's pov
We went to check out where the groans are coming from, after a few minutes of walking the groaning sounds become more and more louder, as we approach the source of the sounds i noticed an old lady who was laying on the ground helplessly.
" hey ma'am are you okay? Are you hurt?" I went to approach the help less old lady checking if she's still conscious or not.
"H-hello dearie y-you w-w-wouldn't mind and h-helping an helpless granny would you? If so that would be n-nice" her voice quivers because of her old age
"Don't worry ma'am I wouldn't mind helping you" i smiled at her reassuring her that she won't suffer anymore, "onikiri, kotetsu, help me pick her up, and do it quickly I don't know if they're still following us or not" they nodded helping me picking her up, after the old lady was secure in my back, we then start running again, fearing that the yokais earlier was still chasing us.
After a couple minutes of running the old lady behind my back become suddenly quiet, i heard her mumbling something and then out of nowhere she lunched at me her mouth drooling in saliva just like the three yokais earlier, she was also a hugry yokai that wants to freaking eat me!!
"Oh come on!! Another yokai that wants to devour me?!? Why me!?" I dodge her and run for my life, again.
onikiri and kotetsu was also running by my side, until that demon hag catch up to us she was catching for me but i was to fast and catch kotetsu who was pleading her not to eat him, she then just throw him away and running away while screaming that bastard's name
Narrator's pov
The small shrine spirit was screaming his lungs out looking for the yokai, after a few minutes of screaming he had finally found tomoe, he was resting at a tall tree, joyed he scream with all his might "master tomoe!!!!! Lady nanami needs your help!!!!!" This cause the yokai to disturb from his peaceful slumber, annoyed he just simply look at the shrine spirit and started to talk

(Y/n)'s pov
I sighed, cracking my back until i hear the satisfying sounds of bones cracking, 'finally finished, i wonder how the others are doing, i do hope lady nanami is doing well.' I thought worrying for my new master, I felt like I forgotten to tell her something important, like a simple task to make tomoe (or more likely forced) to become her familiar, 'meh I guess it's nothing important of the matter' (y/n) then sat on the comfortable floor with chocolates by her side, "i guess i should go after them or....maybe not I'm too lazy to even move." Eating one of the sugary diabetes dessert, lazily
*BACK TO THE GANG*
"LADY NANAMI!!!! YOU REALLY NEED TO KISS MASTER TOMOE TO MAKE HIM YOUR*coughcoughSlavecough* FAMILIAR!" They both yelled in unison
ahhhh the crucial thing to make a yokai to become your own familiar it was quite shocking to nanami when she found out earlier, she was just curious actually, she wanted to know how to make a yokai into your personal maid, she was just so perked up earlier but then was discourages when she found out she has to kiss the jerk to make him her slave
She was hanging quite peacefully by you mean peacefully i mean struggling to grip tighter on the branch that was on the verge of breaking, while the old yokai from earlier climbing the tree at a fast speed, like it was hungry for some human ass, "NO THANK YOU!! I'LL SURVIVE THIS WITHOUT HIM ANYWAYS!!!" Tomoe smirk at the sidelines watching her helplessly dangling on the (about to break) branch, his smirk quickly fades as he heard sounds of breaking, not too far away, he then averted his look at the branches that nanami is holding onto, it was slowly breaking bit by bit until finally it broke.
