Miraculous Butterfly (Mikage X Reader)

Nightmare

*(Y/N'S POV)*

the only sounds I can hear were the sounds of us breathing

Mikage and I were staring at eachother's eyes, each with a burning passion that is undescribable.

A spark, flames, fiery emotions were displayed like a fireworks in the clear night sky, the saying "the eyes are the windows to your soul" was indeed a fact, his eyes were conveying such beauty, without even needing to speak, one look in his eyes already makes me swoon with admiration, the beautiful shade of violet, like glittering amethyst shone across a cave, a cave full of wonders, a cave full of emotions i can't hold, were too much for me to handle

Our face were inching closer and closer by the minute, trapping all the gaps that were evident, lips almost in a kiss.
Then our lips were already by each other's mouths, the butterflies in my stomach were doing flips, giving me a very wonderful experience 

And we pulled out for air, he then started to laugh, i couldn't help but to let out a giggle also, but his laugh was turning out more darker and darker, until his laugh wasn't the laugh that i used to love, it's a laugh that i never imagined him having of, it was such sinister laugh.

I trembled in fear, for two reasons;

1. Never have I imagined a laugh so... Dark

And 2. His look was a look, I never want to witness, it's a look I want to erase in my mind, it's a look I'm afraid to see

He was disgusted.

It shattered my heart to see his face turn to disgust

"Ohhhh (Y/n), you are so naive... Did you honestly thought I love you? Such a pathetic mindset."

Mikage grab my face very tightly, red marks where showing, i could feel my cheeks bruising

"I will never love you, that's why I left, cause being with you just makes me barf..."

Mikage laugh again, he roughly let go of my cheeks and slowly went back to the dark abyss forever disappearing again.

"WAIT NO- MIKAGE!"

I jolted up, waking up from my hellish sleep

'It's just a dream (Y/n).... It's just a dream..'

I reassured myself, hugging my knees and stared blankly at the floor, I could feel tears prickling my eyes, I couldn't help but to silently cry

"I shouldn't be crying... I shouldn't make a sound, i don't want to wake them up cause of some stupid feelings... But it hurt so much."

The feeling in my chest keep on hurting by the idea of mikage being disgusted in me, even if I reassured myself it was all a dream, it just felt too real not to get sad over it.

I looked around he area of my room, keeping my thoughts away from the nightmare earlier, till something caught my eye.

when I saw the umbrella the man, whom I don't know the name yet, just sitting silently at the table, I smiled to myself, even if it was a faint smile, it still made me smile, having to experience a stranger's kindness other than Mikage or Nanami warmed my heart.

Sighing deeply, I went back to sleep, now my mind is full of the strange man I met earlier.

Slowly losing conscious, I fall asleep.

A/n: Unmmmmmmmm hi? Yeah I thought to atleast update this old fanfiction of mine since it's gotta be like 4 years or so this book was made, and I haven't finished it yet. Sorry if this was shorter then how i usually write the story? But i just realized writing in direct and shorter paragraphs just is much more better than making long and confusing ones. So yeahhhhhhh I guess I'll be back in a few months with a new chapter? Who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️
