Nanami's POV

I was sitting at the bench, all of my belongings were close to me, I sigh and thinking the events happened to me earlier.

*flashback*

"What!?!, What?! are you saying my dad didn't pay the rent!!" I screamed at the men in front of me, "miss momozo, if you still don't pay your rent bills, we have to kindly ask you to pack your bags and leave." I sigh and silently agreed at the men in front, I went to my room pack my stuff and leave. As I was walking I found a bench and i sat on it.

*End flashback*

'Stupid dad... mom already left us, and now him!, what am I gonna do now?' I thought to myself, well since I know how to handle myself and I don't care if my father just abounded me, I have to think a way to find shelter.

My train of thoughts were suddenly broke, when I heard a faint cries of help, out of curiosity i check out who was screaming, I walk towards to the source of the voice and as I walk closer to it, the pleads of help, getting louder and louder, as I walk to the voice I saw a man up in the tree while a dog is barking at him. "Someone please help me!!! Help!!! Help!!!" He pleaded, I shooed the dog away and helped the man to get down the tree.

"Thank you young lady, for helping me." He said while dusting his suit "its no problem Mister" "don't call me mister, my name is Mikage and I'm sincerely grateful for you helping me earlier, what can I possibly repay you?" "No, it's fine you don't need to repay me or anything." "You sure? You don't have any desires? You're heart contains?" "well my father left me and didn't pay the rent bills, and I have no where to go but, I'm fine" I smiled at mikage, mikage looked like he was thinking something serious. A few seconds past he spoke "how about you live at my house for free?" What he said shocked me live? In his house?! For free!? I couldn't help but to politely decline it " no, I insist you live in my house and besides I didn't come back for a long time, and you did save my life, I somehow must repay it." He insisted but at how many times I refused he insist, so in the end I agreed "okay okay, I agree to live at your house" "okay" after he said that he kissed me in the forehead give me the direction to his house and said "oh! I almost forgot take care tomoe and (y/n) for me. Bye" and in matter of seconds he's gone I didn't even get to ask who's tomoe and (y/n) 'maybe his pets?' I started to walk the directions he gives me.

*time skip because author-San is a lazy ass!!!*

After the long journey I finally. Found the...... 'wait this isn't a house?' I look at the building in front of me, then the sudden realization came through me 'this is a shrine!!!!' I now kinda regret ever agreeing to mikage about me living at his hou- I mean shrine.
'Well it's better than living in a dumpster' I shrug the thought of living in a shrine.

I walked towards to the door of the shrine and knock, but nobody answered, I knock again and nobody yet again answered. I opened the door and surprised that it was open, I walked in and the room was very dark, I even couldn't see a thing. "Hello? Is someone here?" As I said there was whispers everywhere "master you're home!!" "masters back!!" "Master where have you been?" I was confused, 'who is this master they're talking about?' All of the sudden there was a white haired boy and a white haired girl both of them we're wearing a kimono,
But with different eye color the albino boy had violet eyes while the albino girl has (e/c). I think they're siblings judging by the fact they have white hair, my thoughts we're interrupted by the albino man, screaming at me "M.I.K.A.G.E RUN!" as he finished that sentence, he started to run towards me, I was petrified I couldn't move, I was scared to move, my mind was racing thinking what to do, I felt dizzy all of the sudden, all of my surrounding became blurry. *thud*

Y/n's POV

my ears picked up, as I heard the shrine door opened, I went to tomoe, who was on the other room cleaning, "hey tomoe, I heard someone opened the door maybe its mikage!" tomoe looked like he's gonna murder someone with that angry looked but I know deep inside he's happy that finally mikage is probably back. We went down stairs to check who opened the door and the first thing that I saw was a shadowed figure I can't figure out if it's an intruder or mikage but onikiri and kotetsu seems to be happy and while we we're upstairs they we're screaming "master you're home!!" "masters back!!" "Master where have you been?" maybe mikage is back then suddenly tomoe started to scream "M.I.K.A.G.E RUN!" And run towards mikage but there was something wrong, mikage wasn't small and have curves when I last saw him and he doesn't have brown hair either, *thud* mikage then fainted? Wait why would mikage be fainting? I closely look at the shadowed figure and was shocked it wasn't mikage it was a girl, tomoe noticed as well, "why is there a peasant girl Here?, and where's mikage?" Tomoe ask "we will ask her after she wakes up." I said tomoe nodded and I sigh 'what are we gonna do now?'

Nanami's POV

My visions were starting to clear and I could hear faint talking.

Y/n's POV

We waited for the girl to wake up as we waited, we we're discussing why this girl is here and what is her purpose here. *groan* "huh" I turn around and saw her awake "where am I? And who are you?" She asked "well we should ask you that peasant, who are you? And what are your reasons your here?" Tomoe glare daggers at her "I'm Nanami Momozo and mikage said that I could stay here." "I don't believe you.... why would mikage let you stay here, if your only a dirty passant girl!?" Tomoe shouted "master tomoe don't yell at her she's the new land God!" Onikiri said "tomoe, Onikiri is right she's the new land God and our new master." I said "what you can't be serious this peasant, is a land God? She not even worthy to be a land God! just look at her she's pathetic, and how do you expect this mortal to do the tasks right? I won't be this pathetic girl's servant for the rest of my life!" Tomoe walk towards to the shrine door. "Tomoe wait-" my sentence was cut by tomoe "sorry (y/n) but you have to do this your own, no buts, I can't handle the feeling of being this girls familiar." After that he left 'well someone is on a bad mood.' "I'm sorry for causing trouble if you like I'll just leave." My thoughts were interrupted by Nanami speaking "huh, oh don't worry dear, I don't mind if you're my master. tomoe is just on his man period today." I smiled "*smiles* okay then, oh I didn't get your name?" "My name is (y/n) and the one who ditch us and has a man period is tomoe my brother, and this is Onikiri-" "hello!" "-and this is kotetsu-" "hi" "and they're the shrine spirits, well I think you need some rest for today. Tomorrow I will explain to you the duties of being a land God, but for now go and sleep I'll just finish my duties, Kotetsu, Onikiri please show miss Nanami her room" " yes master (y/n)!" Both of the spirit said simultaneously and lead Nanami to her bedroom. 'Well I think this year will be interesting'.

A/n: hey guys! Sorry if I didn't update for weeks because last week was the first day of class here in the Philippines, And all I could say is AWESOME!!!!!! all of my classmates are not that ignorant and egotistic bastard they're just normal but there are teasing once in a while, but not like bullying, no like in a friendly way.. anyway that's end of the chapter folks, I will eventually update in a few next weeks or so,
