Chapter eight

HENLEY POV

I was sitting in my room because lula was still in the patio room and jack was waiting for her+ Merritt was making something in the kitchen for us to eat as we were all starving. I heard footsteps shuffle outside me room and and a quiet knock on the door.
"Come in" I said as I shut my laptop and threw on a large hoodie. "Hey...em I just thought maybe we could hang out seeing as everyone's busy?" He said shyly which was really weird because Danny is never like that but it was kinda cute....wait I can't get caught in this trap..not again but I want to kiss him so bad. He sat next to me on the bed as he opened my laptop revealing the show on Netflix I was watching,he pressed play and I rested my head on his shoulder I could sense him looking at me and I lifted my head I just smiled back at home when suddenly
"FINALLY LULA THANK GOD" we both shot out the room

LULAS POV
I just had to get out of the patio, I can't just hide away from everything to make it better. I love jack more than life itself but I just hope he still feels the same and won't just leave me one day when this is all over. "Lula I'm so sorry for anything I did I love you more than you know and it kills me to see you like that" jack whispered with glassy eyes. " I'm okay, I promise just my head overthinking everything" I said to him giving him a long kiss. My body just melting into his. *cough* I heard Danny from behind us as I turned to face him " sorry guys shows over, now if you'll excuse is we have some bonding to do, byeeeee" and with that me and jack raced out the apartment, grabbing our coats.
