I continue reading as i was doing before i was disturbed by the stranger.
The bell rings indicating that lunch was over. Students return back to their desks, some giving me a weird look and others whispers things looking into my direction. Never mind these losers ,i convinced myself not paying attention to the losers.
Lesson proceeds, but Madeline attention is focused on me and Tony ,who sits in the right aisle next to the entrance/exit. Tony quickly turns to Madeline's direction, making eye contact. He whispers something to her: see you in the hallway.
*Madeline's POV*
After the bell rings:TIME TO GO HOME, Tarrin is the first to make her way out before the wild stampede of students race their way out.
How weird, I thought as my gaze followed Tarrin as she made her exit.
' What's exactly is her problem? During lunch she doesn't go out and after school she gets to be the first to leave.? I nudged Penny who is completely lost in her reverie staring at Josh Munn.
Basketball jock, tall, skinny with not an ounce of muscles, blonde wavy hair, a six o'clock figure, pale skin with freckles
' Are you even paying attention?' I nudged her again but with a bit of force waking her up from her reverie
' Ouuch......what was that for?'
' Are you out of your mind? Drooling over that Josh loser?'
' He's no loser, Maddy, i mean he's kinda cute, isn't he?'
' Uh, no he's not ?'
' Well, thanks a lot!'
' What!!'
' You don't see it, do you?'
' for your own information we're currently dating '
' I'm really sorry I didn't realise ,Penny'
' It's okay, i guess. I should've told you before'
' So we cool?'
' Sure, Maddy'
confirms Penny looking quite upset.
This girl clearly has not taste or standards. Josh? Even I can't even give him a second look.
