Chapter 18

Shawn

  " So how are you Rebecca?"

  "I'm fine life has been great and I'm just happy now."

   "That's great, your so beautiful you know that right?" She started to blush.

  "Oh stop it I'm a grown lady stop playing with me." After she said that we both started to laugh.

  "Real fucking cute."

  I looked up only to see Jamal giving me the most deadliest look ever.

  "Excuse me?" Rebecca said clearly confuse.

  "oh shit Jamal loo-" I didn't even get to finish my sentence.

    "Shawn shut the fuck up I'm trying to remain calm for the both of us cause I don't want to cause a fucking commotion in here, so I'm going to have someone take your orders and make sure after your dinner don't call, text or either come home cause I will fuck you up" after he said that he attempted to walk away but I grabbed his arm.

"Shawn please let me go I'm really trying to remain calm, I will rock your shit so let me go." He yanked his arm away from me and walked away from me.

  Fuckkkk was all I could say and think, I walked back to the table and told Rebecca I had an emergency and I left.

  I ran to my car and got in, I started speeding on the way home and out of nowhere I heard sirens. I pulled over and the police officer had me for about 30 minutes then he gave me my ticket and then I finally arrived home.

  When I walked to the door I tried to insert my key but it wouldn't even fit.
I went to the garage and tried to open it but that didn't even work. Finally I went in the backyard and tried to open it but nothing.

  Jamal really changed all the locks, he is really being petty. I went to my car and sat there and called him, he didn't even answer the phone I called Luke 20 times and I sent him like 60 text messages and left like 15 voicemails.

  I didn't want to ring the bell cause I knew it would wake the kids up. Ughh Jamal is so petty.

  I started my car and drove off, I went to a nearby hotel to stay the night.

  After I checked in my phone died cause I didn't have anything with me. I got in the room and just fell asleep.

  - The next morning.

  I woke up early and was already on my way home. It was about 8:00 when I arrived home I waited for Jamal to at least open the door so I could talk to him.

  I finally got tired and walked to the front door and started to ring the bell, he opened it finally and threw a box at me.

  He tried to close the door but I stopped it with my foot.

" Baby listen it wasn't the way it seemed last night." I pushed the door open and grabbed him to hug him.

" Let me go Shawn you fucking lied to me and you know I hate liars, and you know I told you since the beginning just keep it real with me."

  "Baby listen to me I'm sorry." I fell to the floor hugging his legs.

  "No, your not I had a feeling this day was going to come soon, I'm so stupid for thinking a straight dude who just had a phase really loved me, j- just let me g- go please." He was crying now, and so was I.

" Baby no I can't I promise I'll never lie to you again, I'm sorry I'll sleep on the couch I'll do whatever you want, just please don't give up on us, your mines and forever will be, baby please I'm sorry." I was shaking that's how afraid and terrified I was of losing him.

  "Shawn I will always love you just let's take a break." He fell on the floor besides me, and he hugged me.

  "Baby I can't leave you, just please."

  We were both just crying and our foreheads was touching.

" Baby, just let me cool off please I'll take care of the kids and the house, I'll call you when I'm ready to officially talk about this." He hugged me then got up off the floor.

"Ok, baby I love you and don't forget that"  I got up and kissed his forehead then took the box off the floor and looked at him.

  "Bye"  he tried to say as clear as possible through his tears.

  He closed the door and I went back to my car in tears.
