" Let me in Lilly. I know you're here. " A female voice yells from outside.

" No. Who are you? " I ask confused why there's a woman outside my door.

" Aria. " She yells.

" Ari. " I whisper to myself. A million thoughts race through my mind. She's back. Why is she here? How did she find me? What does she know about Sam and Louis and Zayn? Does she know I was in the hospital? Has she seen Austin?

" Let me in Lillian. " She yells using my full name. No one has used my full name in 7 years.

" What do you want? " I ask her.

" I want you to let me in the God damn house. " She yells.

" Then come in. " I say opening the door and letting her in.

In front of me I see the bright red hair of my sister and her beautiful blue eyes and I see how skinny she is and how absolutely beautiful she is and I automatically feel ugly.

She was prettier than me when we we're little too. I can still see some of the young Aria in her deep blue eyes. The Aria that had stood in front of me to say goodbye 7 years ago.

" Lillian you look like hell. " She says flatly.

" Thanks you are just making me feel so good about myself right now. "

" No I'm just.. I'm sorry Lillian.. I haven't seen you in so long and this guy named Sam showed up at my house and told me every thing about what's going on and I just.. I'm so sorry Lillian. I thought when I left it was for your own good. Lillian I was so messed up that.. I'm just so sorry. " She starts to cry.

" It's okay and my name is Lilly. " I smile up at my big sister who is standing there saying she's sorry and crying over my misfortune in life. I love her so much and now I know. I really truly know she loves me back. I can't believe my sister came back for me.

" Let's start over again. Put all our past behind us and just be sisters. " She says a tear slipping down her cheek.

" Okay then. " She extends her hand for me to shake it.

" Hi.. I'm Aria.. Nice to meet you. " She says though she's still crying.

" Nice to meet you too. I'm Lilly. " I hug her tightly.

I've been waiting for 2 hours and finally a nurse comes out.

" Patient Louis Tomlinson is looking for a Zayn Malik? " She says and I stand.

" I'm Zayn Malik. " I say walking over to her.

" Oh. Louis Tomlinson is in Room 268 just down the hall in that direction. " She points to her left.

I walk down the hall to Room 268 and go in. Louis is laying in a hospital bed with several tubes in his arms.

" Lou. " I cry out and his head snaps up.

" Zayn. " He smiles up at me.

" I just.. are you okay Lou? " I ask a bit nervous for his answer.

" In a bit of pain. " He says pulling up the blanket showing the slightly bloody stitches in his leg a wince seeing it.

" Does that hurt? " I ask.

" Not that much. " He laughs.

" Oh. Okay then. " I say pulling up a chair next to the bed.

" I'm going to be here overnight Zayn. " He says like he thinks I'll leave him.

" I'll stay right here all night Lou. I'm not leaving. " I comfort him.

" You'll stay? " He says seeming a bit shocked which I'm not sure why, but that offends me.

" Of course I will. " I say wanting to kiss him on the cheek, but don't since a nurse walks in.

" Hello Louis. I'm going to take out one i.v. in your are so you'll be able to move your right arm. " She smiles at us.

" Zayn you should go get something to eat. " He smiles up at me as I stand and leave.

" Bye Lou. " I say as I close the door behind me.

All I have been thinking about for the last week is Lilly.

I can't think about anything else. Yesterday I talked with her and I told her I loved her. She told me she loved me back.

I have to go see her. Not now though. She wouldn't be very happy to see me right now anyways.

All I know is I love her and she's all that's on my mind.
