Stronger

Departure

Its already been two weeks and people are waiting to board a boat headed to the Kalos region.

" Hey Dawn! Over here! " She turned around to see her friends waving at her. She ran through the crowed of people and greeted them.

The group consisted of Brock, Misty, May, Max, Iris and Cilan. The group chatted for a while as they waited for some of their other friends. After a couple minutes Professor Oak, Ms. Ketchum and Tracy joined them and headed on the boat.

The inside of the boat was huge, it looked very fancy and elegant, as if it were a ball or a expensive restaurant. The good thing was that it didn't cost them a thing, it was all paid for by the league, somehow (Ash's influence). They found some rooms to stay in, all the girls were in one room while the boys were in another, Delia and Oak shared a room to give the kids their privacy.

The day began to pass as they all adventured around the ship. Dinner was served before they knew it, an amazing meal that had Cilan complementing it all night long. After they ate, everyone went off to their rooms.

Girls room

" Mmm that meal was so amazing! " May squealed

" I can't wait to see whats for breakfast" Iris commented, the others nodded in agreement

Knock, knock

Misty got up and opened the door, standing there was the boys. She let them in and they all took a seat on either a bed or a chair. Everyone already had their pajamas on and were spread out around the girls room.

" So, what did you guys want to talk about? " Dawn asked

" Not sure... Hey what do you all think about the tournament? " Max questioned

" It sounds like there will be a lot of strong trainers. " Brock said

Every talked about what they thought it would be like and how excited they were. They only stopped when they noticed that Tracy hasn't said a thing.

" What do you think about it Tracy? " Dawn asked

"...."

" Um..... Tracy? " Cilan asked

" I just wonder if Ash will be there. " Tracy replied, his head faced down.

........

Silence fell upon the room as they all looked down in shame.

Tracy wasn't there when it happened, he was running some errands for the professor. When he came back he was upset with the others for what they had done.

" W-what will we do if h-he is? " May questioned

" We could talk to him " Misty suggested

" Do you really think that he'd want to talk to any of you? " Tracy retorted

" Then what do you suggest we do? " Iris asked

" Just don't do anything stupid " with that Tracy walked out of the room and back to his.

Everyone stayed quite and thought about what to do. May held Max in an embrace as tears ran down his face. He looked up to Ash so much, they all did. He felt that Ash was able to take away any sadness that a person felt and could replace it with joy and motivation.

The night was silent as they all went back to their rooms and fell asleep without speaking a word.

The boat swayed as it went against the waves, they would be arriving in Kalos in a days time.

Thats it for this chapter, the next one will be called " Arrival " . Its where all of Ash's old friends and family have now arrived in the Kalos region and travel to where the tournament is being held. I wonder if they finally find Ash again in the next one..... Who knows!
