Where We're At

" So that's the plan. " Ash finished.

" ...Well that seems somewhat sane... " Gary commented.

" So you in? " Ash asked, getting right to the point.

Everyone looked at each other before turning back to Ash.

" We're all in. " Paul confirmed.

" Besides, whats the worst that could happen? " Alain said and shrugged his shoulders.

" ...You just had to ask... " Bonnie groaned, giving him a death glare.

" Anyway, take one of these. " Ash pulled the charms out of his pocket and laid them on the table.

Each charm was different, they were about the size of a gym badge with a clip on the back so you could attack them onto your clothes. They all grab one that they liked the most, Ash had picked the one that looked kinda like a Pikachu, Serena had gotten one that was shaped as a key, Clemont had got one had the appearance of a lightning bolt, Bonnie decide to take the one that looked like Dedenne. Each of the charms matched up to something you could recognize that person for.

" So what are these for? " Trip asked, pinning it onto his clothes.

" Well, I asked Clemont if he could modify them for me. So now their for more than just decoration. " Ash replied.

" Theres a bunch left, what do you plan to do with them? " Alain questioned.

" You'll see, but we have something to do first... " Ash said and shivered a bit.

They all looked at him, tilting their heads with a questioning look.

" Shopping... " He finished.

An evil grin appeared on the girls faces, while the boys stared at him in horror.

" Lets go! " Bonnie cheered and pushed the boys out the door.

" And to think we were doing so well... " May complained, resting her head on the table.

" I think that you all did amazing today! " Delia commented, trying to cheer them up.

In the battles the that day May, Iris, Misty and Cilan were beaten by their opponents. May had lost against Alder, Iris was defeated by Cynthia, Misty was easily beaten by Gary and Cilan was crushed by Paul.

There are more battles happening the next day, Max's new opponent is Clemont, Brock is going against Trevor, Bonnie vs Tireno, Barry vs Lance, Trip vs Alder, Alain vs Cynthia and everyone left is battling either random trainers or gym leaders.

The group was currently sitting at a table outside of a cafe eating a late lunch.

" I can't wait to win! " Max exclaimed.

" I wouldn't be too sure about that... " Misty muttered.

" Don't you have to be good to win? " A voice asked peering over his shoulder.

Max jumped out of his seat, fightened he turned around.

" B-b-bonnie? " He stuttered.

" Who else... " She said in a sarcastic / unamused tone.

" What are you doing here? " May asked, getting up out of her seat.

" Just came to tell you that my brother is gonna crush you! " Bonnie smiled at Max.

" Why you little... " May hissed.

" Please " Bonnie scoffed. " I'm not afraid of you, girly. "

May glared at her, which she just returned with an evil grin.

" BONNIE! " Clemont yelled as he 'ran' twords her.

" Oh hey Clemont. " Bonnie casually said, as her brother tried to catch his breath.

Clemont looked at the others and assumed why Bonnie was there.

" I'm really sorry if Bonnie had said anything rude to you. " He apologized and bowed his head.

" Uh, don't worry about it? " Brock said, unsure of what else to say.

" She tends to get into trouble if we don't keep an eye on her. " Clemont added and rubbed the back of his head, embarrassed.

" Where'd she go? " Tracey asked.

Clemont looked beside him where she was just a moment ago. He frantically looked around, he knew she was close by when he heard a familiar line.

" You're a keeper, please take care of my brother! "

He saw her talking to some girl who was eating at a separate table.

" Bonnie, I've told you to stop this a million times already! " Clemont complained as the robotic aipom arm grabbed Bonnie by the back of her shirt and started to pull her away.

" I hope you'll think about it! " Bonnie yelled to the girl.

" Jeez, lets go... " Clemont mumbled as he and Bonnie walked back to the store the rest of their friends were in.

( The next day 5:43 pm )

Everyone was gathered in the stadiums, waiting for another battle to begin.

" This battle is between Max Maple from Petalburg City and Clemon- " The announce began but was cut off by the sound of an explosion.

Everyone turned to the large cloud of smoke that formed just outside the stadium. other explosions could be heard coming from the same direction. People began to run around in panic, while other were to scared and confused to move. Max looked across the battle field to see Clemont running off to the side the smoke was coming from.

Outside there were buildings on fire and some completely destroyed. Smoke was quickly filling the air, making it hard to breathe. Although through all the smoke you see faint outlines of people calmly walking through, getting closer with every passing second.

Their clothes were red and they each had a Pokemon at their side.

It seems that its time.

Making my way downtown, walking fast, everythings on fire, walking faster.
