I Told You So

Serena's POV

After Ash took me out for lunch we returned to the hotel and chatted for a while, then we came here, to the small cabin we rented.

Me and Clemont are making dinner while the others are sitting at the dining room table.

Tonight we decided to have hamburger over rice, since it doesn't take that long to make. We always have to make lots since Ash's appetite never seems to change.

I brought out the bowl of food and Clemont grabbed the rice. Ash set up the table, Bonnie put out the napkins and Sawyer and Alain brought out glasses of water for everyone. The others basically did nothing.

We all took our seats around the table and were about to dig in but Gary asked a question that got all of our attention.

" Are you feeling ok, Ash? "

Ash just glanced at him with a confused face as Pikachu hopped on the table with his own little plate.

" Yeah...... Why? " Ash questioned.

" We lets see, there's 12 of us and you put out 21 plates. " Gary pointed out.

We all looked down the table and as he said, there was a bunch of empty plates and seats. We looked back at Ash to hear his answer, he just sighed and rested his head on his hand, then looked away.

" Guess I forgot to tell you that I invited some other people over. " He stated.

" Really? Who is i- " Bonnie tried to ask but was cut off by the sound of the door bell.

" I'll get it " Paul said as he stood up and made his way twords the front door.

" You really should tell us these things before the last minute, Ashy boy. " Gary sighed.

Immediately Ash kicked Gary in the shin, as if it were a reflex.

Normal POV

As the brown haired idiot held his leg in pain they heard Paul shouting

" OH HELL NO " with that there was a loud slam as he shut the door closed and stomped back into the room.

" Why did you invite them?! " Paul yelled at Ash, it was loud enough that the shocked people outside could hear.

" Who is it? " Trevor questioned.

" Paul's ex girlfriend " Ash yawned.

" Your hilarious " Paul hissed.

" Clemont can you please get the door instead? " Ash asked.

" Yeah sure " Clemont replied as he rushed twords the front door.

Ash knew that Clemont could keep up an act of acting nice longer than the rest, so thats why he sent him instead.

Soon Clemont came back with a group of people trailing behind him, everyone else's face was shocked at the group.

" Wait for it......... " Ash whispered to himself.
