"Bailey!" I ran to her, hugging her. "Where the fuck did you go on Saturday?"

"I don't really remember. I got super drunk, and all I remember is waking up next to Brad Michaels the next day, with the worst headache ever."

"Woke up next to, as in, had sex with?" I raised my eyebrows.

"Stop!" She pushed me, her cheeks burning a bright red. "I don't remember."

"What don't you remember?" A deep voice broke in.

"Bailey had -."

"Shut up, Maddie!" She hit me with her book, hiding her face behind her hands.

"Okay, sorry! Slut."

"Am I missing something?" The deep voice spoke again.

"Nothing." Bailey glared at me.

"Okay... Are you girls doing anything after school?"

"I have to babysit my brother." Bailey sighed.

"Sucks. I'm free." I grinned.

"Good. I'm taking you out."

"Fancy. Where are we going?"

"You'll see."

                                                                ****

"We're here."

We stopped before a huge gate, that had a sign over it.

"Marcus! You took me to the fair! Oh my God!" I screamed, throwing my arms around his neck. "I love you!"

"I thought you'd like it." He smiled, proudly, against my shoulder.

"What are we waiting for? Come on, let's go!" I took his hand, pulling him through the gate.

I dragged him straight to the first thing I saw; an old-fashioned Carousel. Marcus hopped up first, onto one of the horses.

"My lady?" He rolled his hand, stretching it out for me.

"Why, thank you." I took it, while he pulled me onto the horse, behind him.

Once the ride was over, we jumped off, going straight to one of the carts selling cotton candy.

"Go on, win the lady a prize." The owner of another stall shouted, catching our attention.

"You heard the man." I nudged Marcus.

He laughed heartily, accepting the fake rifle from the man.

"Just knock down three ducks, and you've got yourself a prize."

Marcus looked over to me smirking, then held the gun up to his eye, staring at the target. I nervously stuffed a handful of cotton candy into my mouth.

Ding! Ding! Ding!

"You won!" I shrieked, jumping up and down.

"Ta da." Marcus pulled his hands out from behind him, giving me a large, fluffy, tan teddy bear with a beige stomach, and a red bow around its neck.

"It's so cute!" I cooed, squeezing the bear.

"Just like you." He pinched my cheek.

"Oh, stop it you." I pushed him by the stomach.

"Come here."

"No." I took a step back.

"Come here." He repeated.

"Nope." I moved back further.

"Fine." He ran toward me.

Like a small child, I bent down, clinging onto the bear, trying to stop him. He bent down above me and pulled his arms around my stomach, hoisting me off the ground.

"Marcus, let go!" I squirmed.

"Sh." He lifted me further off the ground.

"Get off!"

"Be quiet." He ran, spinning me around.

"Stop!" I giggled.

"As you wish." He put me down.

I peered up. "Oh my God!"

"On you get." He smiled.
