Chapter 18 Demonic Traitor

Sasuke's eyes narrowed and he grit his teeth. "You love that demon." Sasuke growled as he kept forward sword drown fully prepared to strike Gaara down. I flung my body in front of my little finger as I parried Sasuke's blows. "Why do you protect him! He's a demon a trajtor!" Sasuke shouted ignoring the fact that I was a 'demon' and traitor as well.

"You forget Sasuke I'm also a demon and a traitor." I reminded him. "Well I guess I'm a worse demon being the 'nine-tails brat' while Gaa-chan's just the one-tails." I shouted and Sasuke took a step back.

"Naruto." Gaara whispered placing his hand on my shoulder. "Calm down." I turned to him my pupils turning to slits as my irises bled from blue to red.

"Calm down?" I shouted. "How can I calm down when he's insulting you!" I turned around and the others gasped shocked by my eyes.

"N-now now Naruto. L-lets not make any drastic moves. J-just c-calm down." Sakura stuttered, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Dang it." Kakashi (yes the Sensei's are there as well) muttered, "Where's Master Jiraiya when you need him?" I growled.

"What you need Jiraiya? Just because he has the seal that can cancel my demonic powers? To weak to do it yourself!" I shouted narrowing my eyes. As if on cue Jiraiya appeared standing in that weird pose if his.

"You called?" He asked cockiness in his voice.

"Jiraiya." I growled out, "I'll admit you are one of the only people who is stronger than me, I consider you a threat and I will eliminate you." I told him glaring at him.

"How do you plan to eliminate me if you've even admitted that to me? I'm stronger than you Naruto, just give up." I growled.

"Pain-chan!" I whined and Nagato sighed rolling his eyes.

"Yes Shadow?" Nagato asked.

"He mocked me so kill him!" I ordered and Nagato turned to face me.

"Did you just tell me what to do?" Nagato asked and I smiled nodding, seemingly oblivious to the KI being directed at me. "Naru just because we're cousins doesn't mean I'll kill every person who mocks you." Nagato sighed and I frowned.

"Why not!" I shouted and the everyone gaped at us, surprised by the new information that we are related, or by my attitude who could tell. "Pain-chan please! You know I'm still weak! I mean I still haven't gotten my strength back from that." I whined and Nagato rolled his eyes face-palming.

"Shadow you idiot you just revealed to everyone that you're weak! I'm always fighting your battles for you." I growled finally feeling the effects of Kyuubi's power as my already crimson eyes turned a shade darker my slit pupils narrowing. My whisker marks turned bolder as my hair grew shaggier and my canines elongated. I crouched down on all fours as a red chakra cloak formed around me.

"What's happening?" I could hear Sakura asked and Pain answered before anyone else could.

"Naruto's been holding back Kyuubi's power since he channeled it at the beginning of this 'fight' now since he's weak he finally lost some control and is under Kyuubi's influence." I growled my voice deepening an becoming more animalistic and feral.

"Master Jiraiya." Kakashi called and could see his, Jiraiya's, figure heading towards me.

"STAY AWAY!" I growled out knowing that if he got to close it could mean trouble. As he got closer I lept back so I was sticking to the wall in a crouched position, still on all fours.

"Naruto..." Jiraiya warned, "I'm not here to hurt you just to bring you back." Taking out a small slip of paper containing a seal on it and slowly moving closer.

"I said stay away!" I shouted feeling exhaustion set in. Dang it I shouldn't have channeled Kyuubi's chakra, or at least not this much since I'm still weak. I jumped off the wall and landed in a crouched position with one hand on the floor. Slowly standing up next to Gaara I glared at Jiaraiya feeling a little woozy, however despite this I channeled more of Kyuubi's chakra sending power surging through me.

"Dang if he's overexerting himself. He just keeps pushing and pushing out Kyuubi's chakra." I heard Nagato muttered to himself. Once again feeling light headed I channeled more chakra and heard Nagato silently mutter a curse. My eyes widened as I stood leaning back a bit and screamed, though it was more of a growl.

I hunched over and looked at Jiraiya who was now only three feet away from me. I tried to tell him to stay away but all that came out was an animalistic growl. I could feel three chakra tails swaying behind me as my mind struggled for control. I closed my eyes and lowered my head so my bangs covered my face.

Slowly lifting my head my eyes snapped open to see Jiraiya in front of me. I tried to move back but it was to late as he slapped the seal onto my forehead. My eyes widened as the chakra cloak instantly disappeared and I swayed feeling my eyes roll into the back of my head as I shut my eyelids succumbing to the darkness.
