Physical features- Short blond hair, red eyes with slitted pupils, white ANBU style masked shirt that goes over noes(like Kakashis but white), Konoha headband with slash over symbol, Akatsuki tattoo on right shoulder, black sweatpants, and black shining shoes.

Lady Tsunade's P.O.V
I gasped as I read over the report, the description almost matched Naruto's. Ever since he left 4 years ago the village hasn't been the same. Hinata won't talk, the rookie 9 are determined to find him, and Sarutobi was murdered.
Naruto's P.O.V
"Naruto!" I heard Sasori call for me. I groaned and walked out of my room.
"What?" I sleepily replied. 
"You have a mission!" Tobi excitedly screamed. My eyes instantly brightened up.
"Really when, what is it?" I was jumping for joy.
"You are to return to Konoha until the Chunin exams are over then come back and tell us any information you have gathered about the village its best shinobi and the Hokage so you can get your revenge on the village." Pain clearly said. I smirked, "I accept."
"Okay you leave tomorrow go get ready." With that I went to my room. I put on a plain black short sleeved shirt(no mask), blue sweatpants, and black shinobi shoes. My sleeves go about an inch below my Alatsuki tattoo.  I went into the base to say bye. I waved and left.
Outside of Konoha
I walked up to the gates well I see the guards arn't sleeping.
"Halt who are you and what is your purpose here?" One of the guards asked. (Naruto's hair looks how it does on the cover if that makes sense) Of course the don't recognize me my whisker marks are gone my hair looks different it's more tame now, but before I left I changed my eyes back to blue with normal pupils.
"Umm its m-me Naruto Uzumaki I'm here to see the Hokage." I said in a fake fearful tone. The guards gasped and looked at each other before one of them motioned for me to follow. We got to the Hokage tower and the guard knocked. "Come in." I heard a new voice say from behind the door. I wonder what happened to Sarutobi. The guard opened the door and we walked in. I looked around to see the rookie 9, Shizune, and Lady Tsunade. They all looked at me and gasped. "N-Naruto?" I heard a pink haired girl ask. I simply nodded in response.
"I would like to rejoin the village and becom a ninja again." I whispered but everyone heard it. I looked up to see Lady Tsunade smile.
"Wish granted."
'Pain step 1 complete!' I said in our mind link all the Alatsuki members had it so they could hear me to.
'Good, good continue with the mission.' I could hear the smirk on Pains words and smirked myself. "Naruto you will be placed back on Team Kakashi." After Lady Tsunade said those words I noticed that the sensei's weren't in the rooms. Lady Tsunade dismissed us and as soon as all of us were out the came up to me.
"Naruto where were you?" One asked.
"Naruto why did you leave?" Another asked. I sighed, "Look I've been gone for 4 years I honestly don't remember any of you." I was telling the truth I didn't remember any of them I continued, "So let's start with introductions." They nodded and began. When we were done it was night and I didn't have any were to stay so I headed to the park. "Hey N-Naruto shouldn't y-you be heading h-home?" Hinata asked. "Umm I just got into the village I don't have anywhere to stay." I said rubbing the back of my neck.
"Y-you can stay w-with m-m-me if you'd l-like." Hinata said. I nodded and we left.
At the Hyuga Compound
"Umm h-hey N-N-Naruto w-we're here." Hinata smiled blushing. I simply nodded and took her hand leading her somewhere.
"Come one Hinata I have to tell you something." I said turning around and smiling. Her face become even redder it would put any tomato to shame. I led her to a secret area and we sat down. I looked at her with a serious face and she gulped in fear. "Listen Hinata I'm sorry but I just don't like you." I said she nodded and I continued, "I know you like me and I'm just really sorry but I cant return your feelings." I finished. She looked shocked and tried to run away but I caught her and whispered, "I'm sorry." She nodded and we headed back to the Hyuga compound. I pouted and headed to my room because all of the Hyuuga's were looking at me and Hinata and smirking.
The next day
I was at training ground seven with Sakura and Sasuke we were waiting for Kakashi. Kakashi arrived two hours later. He saw me and raised and eyebrow. "Who are you?" He asked I smirked before replying, "Come on Kakashi-Sensei you don't remember me? I'll give you a hint, Naruto." I smirked at his reaction.
He looked at me and smiled before saying, "Welcome home."
