Chapter 13

Okay you guys....*sniff* last chapter of this book! I'm sad too....but there is a surprise at the end of this chapter BUT YOU MUST READ THE CHAPTER IN ORDER TO SEE IT!
Previously on A Miraculous Tale (Taiko's P.O.V.):
"Not if you run away" He said, his grip loosening.
I shook my head, "I-I won't run..."
"Promise?" He asked
I nodded, "I promise..."

He sighed and let me go. I held my hand and walked behind them slowly. I cried softly, knowing that after this point I would never see Nathanael again.

"Last call for the flight to America. The flight to America will be leaving in one minute" The intercom said for the last time.

"Taiko! Wait!" Someone shouted. I stopped and turned around to see Nathanael run up to me, "So...you're leaving willingly...?"

I nodded, "Look Nathanael... I--"

"I want to tell you something" He said, finishing my sentence, "I-I love you...I have felt this way ever since I met you...and since your leaving I thought it would be better to tell you now then later, cause I don't know if--"

I kissed him and pulled away, "I love you too, Nathanael...but...I'm going...I don't want to, but I don't want the ones I love to get hurt." I looked down, to feel warm arms wrap around me.

"Don't worry...I'll find you, just know...that I love you, alright?" Nathanael held me closer.

I nodded, "Okay..."

I suddenly was pulled from his grasp and dragged to the plane by Dad, I cried.

Nathanael....

The sound of the plane was loud as I was pushed into it. I sat down into the seat I was supposed to sit in. I looked out the window and sighed.

Dad sat down next to me, "Off we go!" He cackled

I just looked out the window as he cackled behind me.

A flight attendant came up to him, "Sir...are you alright?"

"Why yes. I'm perfectly fine!" He smiled.

"Well...enjoy your flight" she walked away

"Will do Miss." Dad said

I rolled my eyes continuing to look out the window. I stopped when I saw Nathanael standing near a window, his hand pressed up against it. I rest my hand on the window gently.

I rested my hand on the window, then I saw a hand press against one of the plane windows.

Taiko...

"Um...N-Nathanael..." Juleka began

"Shut up! I don't want to talk to you anymore!" I shouted at her

Juleka pulled her hand back, "B-but..."

I stormed off, not looking back.

"Woah...dude..." Flame flew up to my face,"What was that all about?"

"If she hadn't done that I would have Taiko here!" I growled and ran out of the building, not knowing I would never see Taiko again.

Flame sat on my head, "Maybe it's supposed to be like this...?"

"Maybe?!" I shouted, "You think?!"

"Woah! Listen for a second!" Flame yelled into my ear, "We can get her back!"

"How?" I asked

"Well...just get a ticket" Flame stated

I sighed, "Do you know how much tickets cost?!"

"A couple of cents...why?" Flame asked

"This isn't the late 1800s Flame!" I said angrily

Flame sighed, "I'm sorry! I didn't know!

I walked back to the car, "It's fine..."

Nathanael looked up as the plane flew off. He sighed and climbed in.

Taiko looked out the window, looking for him. Hoping to see him one last time. She frowned slightly, and tried hard not to cry

Nathanael...

The wind whistled as Nathanael drove off. He saw the plane fly overhead. Flame looked at him, "It's okay buddy...."

"But is it?" Nathanael asked himself

Taiko...

Taiko looked at the birds as Alex sat next to her. He smiled, "Hey..." She ignored him hoping he would go away. He sighed and left her alone.

"Is it gonna be okay...?" Taiko asked
