chapter 19

Brendons p.o.v

30th November:

I slowly and carefully removed Skyes arms from my waist and rolled away. I sat up.

She frowned slightly and nuzzled into my duvet.

I hobbled over to the window and pulled the curtains shut.

I turned around and saw Skye phone lying on the floor.

I picked it up and went to put it on my bedside table, as it vibrated and lit up.

There was a message from her mom. It read.

Mumzie 💕❤: where are you Skye? You've got school tomorrow and it's late.

I looked over at her and she was still asleep. I clicked on the message and typed a reply.

Me: hiya. Sorry for invading your daughters privacy, but Skye is currently asleep at my house. I didn't want to wake her, so I'll tell her you messaged when she wakes up.

Momzie💕❤: who are you and why is my daughter with you??

Me: sorry. My name is Brendon and Skye came over earlier to chat.

Momzie💕❤: Brendon who?? Skye doesn't know any Brendons?

Me: Brendon urie. You probably don't know me but Skye is safe. I promise.

Momzie💕❤: are you graces boy? From Fremont?

Me: um.. Yeah. You know my mom?

Momzie💕❤: yes. We're quite close. I've known you since you were five.

Me: really?

Momzie💕❤: yep.I haven't seen you in 4 years! Is Skye staying there?

Me: I'm not sure. I'll ask her when she wakes up.

Momzie💕❤: tell her it's fine for her to say if it's alright with your mom. I'll pop round now.

Me: uh... Okay.

Momzie💕❤: bye hun.

I locked the phone and put it on my bedside table.

I checked Skye was still asleep. And exited the room.
I made my way down stairs. I hobbled into the kitchen, where I made myself and my mom a coffee.

I was adding the milk, as I heard A loud knock at the door.

I heard my mom open it and exclaim something excitedly Then her inviting whoever it was inside, and the door closing noisily.

I stirred the coffees and made my way into the lounge, were there was a blonde lady of about 34 was sat chatting to my mom.

I shuffled to the coffee table and placed the coffees down. I stood up and looked at the two mother's sat staring at me.

The blonde lady, that I guessed was Skyes mom. Gasped and stood up.

She circled round me a few times and then stood in front of me.

She was about 5ft 3. So I stood about 6 inches taller than her. She looked me up and down.

" my you've grown!" she exclaimed.
" and look how handsome you are. You've changed alot in 4 years!" she glanced at my mom.

" I didn't realize you were going to be good looking! When you were 15 you weren't that good looking, if you don't mind me saying." she chuckled.

" wow. This is an improvement. Last time I saw you, you were scrawny, spotty , had horrible hair and wore all in one underwear! Now look at you. Handsome. Lovely hair and muscular. How old are you now?"

" um.. I'm 19" I told her.
"You don't look it ! You look around 21. You are physically more mature then when I last saw you."

I looked at my mom with pleading eyes. She rolled her eyes at me.

" nicole, why don't you come and sit back down. " my mom said gently.

I breathed a sigh of releif, as Nicole patted my cheek and went and sat next to my mom.

" do you want a coffee or tea?" I asked.

"Awwww you're so sweet. No thanks though hun."

I plopped down on the sofa, and sipped my coffee.
I heard somebody coming down stairs, I looked round to see Skye plodding down the stairs, yawning widely.

She smiled at me and came and sat next to me. She snuggled into my side and closed her eyes. I guess she hasn't noticed her mom?
"Hiya gorgeous." I said kissing her forehead.
She smiled up at me cutely, before taking my coffee and having a sip. And placing it back in my hands.

"Really?" I chuckled
"Yup." she said popping the 'p' on the end.

"you make a nice coffee by the way."

" how nice of you to join us Skye."

Nicole said.
Skyes eyes shot open and she looked at her mom.
"Mum...what are you doing here?" she asked.

Visiting an old friend." she said gesturing towards my mom.

"I could ask you the same question?"

"Uh..." she paused " visiting my um.... Boyfriend?"

she said the word so quietly, I could barely hear it.

"Your what? Skye you know when you do that I can't hear you" Nicole explained.

"Boyfriend.."she said slightly louder.

" A little louder please?"

"My boyfriend." she blurted out, before hiding her face. I smiled at the word.

"Wait...." she said slowly.

"You two are together?!" she exclaimed pointing between us.

"Yes ma'am" I told her.

"Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!"

Skye looked at me her face bright red.

"Can we go." she pleaded

"Yup." I stood up pulling Skye up with me.

We went back up stairs, and flopped down on my bed.

We laid in silence for a moment, and then Skye started giggling uncontrollably.

"What's so funny?" I chuckled at her sudden outburst.

"You used to wear all in one underwear !?" she exclaimed, before bursting into loud laughter.

"You heard that!?"

"Yeah!"

"Fuck my life!" I said hiding my face in my hands.

She knocked me backwards and tried to pull my hands away from my face.

I wouldn't let her, so she started tickling me.

I removed my hands momentarily to defend myself, in an instant, she was peppering my face with kisses.

I laughed and rolled over. Skye rolled with me , now I was on top hovering over her. Out faces were inches away , and we were both breathing heavily....

Heeyy I'm back! Next chapter is a filler. Sorry 😉 10 words! Not my longest, but...meh. I don't know what to say, sooo.
