Kristina woke up that morning feeling fresh and ready for a new day. Damon decided to drag her along to whatever crazy mission he was on which was in fact in the middle of the woods.
"Damon where are we going?" She asked as he was speaking to Elena and Alaric on the phone
"Shh." Kristina rolled her eyes then Damon continued talking to them "So you're the prime suspect, huh?"
"She doesn't think that I did it. She's just trying to find out why someone used one one of my family's weapons to kill a council member." Elena's voiced monotone
"Well, why don't you just ask Ric if his dirty little doctor had access to the weapons." Damon teased
"You're on speaker phone, Dick." Alaric fired back which made the werewolf girl chuckle
"I'm just saying, first suspect is usually the right one. Don't get so defensive." Damon said innocently
"Brian Walters was killed days ago, all right? I didn't show Meredith this stuff until last night." Ric admitted
"It wasn't Meredith." Elena disagreed
"But Brian Walters was her ex boyfriend and Ric saw the fighting that night."
"It's not Meredith. Ok?" Elena exclaimed "I refuse to believe that your luck with women is that tragic."
"Who else knows about your secret little slayer stash?" Damon questioned as they were still walking through the woods
"Who doesn't? I've got weapons everywhere." Ric asked rhetorically "Here, the school, my loft, your car."
"It's Klaus. Has to be. He just screwing with us." Damon muttered
"I wonder if it was Stefan. He was crazy that night. You know, he was trying to get underneath Klaus' skin. He was capable of pretty much anything." Elena reminded
"Ah, makes me nostalgic for the time when Stefan was a bunny-snacking pacifist. Anyway, got to go. More later." Damon finally finished
"Hey, where are you?" Ric asked
"That's what I've been asking this whole time." Kristina raised her voice flailing her arms round
Damon looked over unimpressed "Tea with an old friend." When Damon finished and hung up the phone, Kristina turned her head to find a man dressed in a suit and by his scent he was a vampire.
"Elijah. My favourite Original, back from the dead. You clean up nice." Damon greeted
"Wait." She paused "This is Elijah."
"Oh, yeah. Kristina meet Elijah, one of the Original Vampires, Elijah meet Kristina the werewolf and doppelgänger of Kahianna." Damon introduced casually
