"No Y/N you can't leave me now please.. Just please I love you you're not leaving me not now, not ever" I cried as I sat with her in the hospital holding her hand.
"I-I can't" she croaked tears in her eyes, her eyes looked dead and her face was pale. "I-I love you Derek" I held her hand tighter placing a gentle kiss on her lips.
"I love you too baby but please you can't leave me now.. W-we we had our future all planned! Y-you told me you'd be careful" I sobbed kissing her hand. The line went flat after beeping for an hour.
"I love you.." I sobbed louder.
As everyone who was here got excused from the room after we l said our goodbyes. After I got home I led on my bed crying before getting into bed covering myself with a blanket.. Y/Ns favourite blanket.
