Percy's POV:

Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep

'Oh come on!' I thought silently to myself. I was having the best sleep any one demigod could ask for. No dreams.

You see with demigod dreams they always mean something. They aren't your regular dreams. They're nightmares. Usually as a demigod you get used to it. And the worst part? I get them every. Single. Night.

So as you can tell I was extremely happy that I had no 'dreams' last night.

But I guess the fact that I was going to be stuck in Tartus for today.... No, not literally. I was being forced into going to school. Oh well.

I guess that it wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that every single mortal kid in the place hated me.

I know what your thinking. Why would the leader/head councillor of Camp Half-Blood be a loser/loner at school?

The truth is. I never tried to make friends. They started to bully me as soon as I walked through the doors of Goode High last year.

The 'Nice Populars' were Annabeth Chase, Katie Gardner, Selina Beauregard, Connor Stoll, Travis Stoll, and a guy everyone called Beckendorf except for his girlfriend Selina who called him Charlie.

But I guess that I could survive school just for today. If I didn't I wouldn't get to see my most favourite cousins, Nico and Thalia who I was planning to meet up with after school.

Oops going off topic again. Blame the ADHD. All demigods have it. We also have dyslexia making school harder for us than for mortals.

Oh well back to the fact that I would be meeting Nico and Thalia. They are demigods as well but they are also my only cousins.

My other cousin Bianca died along with Nico's mother when Zeus tried to destroy both Bianca and Nico. Hades managed to protect Nico so he grew up in the underworld with his father, Hades and step mom, Persephone. But despite all that he was really cool.

And Thalia is the Lieutenant for Artemis' hunters. So I never get to see her but she was on holiday at the moment and us three were going to spend as much time together as possible.

With that thought I got out of bed and prepared myself for the hard day ahead.
