Ok. Scratch the other books, I'm addicted to writting this book and its going to get messy! Literally. Monster dust and slime! And I apologise in advance about the sad ending. Sorry. It needs to be done.

Percy's POV:

I took my first training class today. To say it was interesting was a mild understatement. After first break I had the seventh years for third and fourth. This was not going to be fun. I was expecting an iris message from Chiron today and it would be just my luck to get it while I'm teaching. I walked into class.

"Right. Today Clarrise won't be teaching you. It's just me, she ate something funny at breakfast and now isn't feeling well. Any questions before we begin?"

Hermione raised her hand. "Yes Hermione."

"I have a few. First, What is Nectar and Ambrosia? Two, What is this camp your always going on about and I have one more but it a bit personal."

"To answer your first question Nectar and Ambrosia are the food and drink of the gods. No one unless part god can have even a little bit without having their blood boil and bones turn to sand, it can happen to us demigods as well if we have to much. As to your second question it would be easier for me too show you rather than for me to tell you."

I took a drachma out of my pocket. And created a mist using my water powers. "Oh Iris goddess of the rainbow please accept my offering. Show me Camp Half-Blood!" A shimmering image of camp appeared. "This is Camp Half-Blood." The wizards just stared at it in awe. I let my hand drop. "And I believe I know your next question," I took a breath, "Annie May. My two month girlfriend. I had to watch it and everything. I couldn't do anything to prevent it. I was restrained, she was battling with herself, going crazy, from the inside out. This... evil guy was trying to take over her. She ended up killing herself to save me and everyone else. It was only last summer, you ask any demigod and they will tell you that Annie May, Daughter of Apollo died a hero. Afterwards they held a celebratory party for me just because I took down half the monster army. I didn't attend."

"Oh, I'm sorry." Harry murmured.

"That's ok. Time to learn how to sword fight. Anyone want to challenge me with no training?" I turned to them.

"I will." A boy with red hair stood up, I recognised him as Ron. "Do you have a sword I could borrow?"

"Here you go. I won't be maiming or harming you but you can try your best. You most likely wont hit me."

I noticed Thals and Will were sitting off to the side smirking at him. He had no idea. "You two stop talking and watch the demonstration. I don't care if you already know it."

Ron was pretty good for someone who had never done sword fighting before in their life. I know because I asked him. "Alright I want you to split into groups of two and try the techniques I just taught you!" I had finished telling them how to lunge, parry and disarm. They had the entire second lesson to practise with the un-sharp weapons I had found in the training room.

Suddenly the door opened. Three demigods stood there. "What happened?" I demanded.

"Two giants. In the forrest." Malcolm breathed out.

"Class, you may come but I want you to watch from a safe distance and not get involved." I said. "No more sword fighting. Thalia, Will. Got your bows?" They pulled them out and we raced down into the forrest.

When the four of us reached the clearing I saw the others surrounding them waiting for my signal. It was funny how I managed to be the youngest yet be the leader of all these people.

"Plan Delta Omega!" We all had takes the same training courses at camp so we knew the formation and attack plan. The idea? I would walk straight at them. Get their attention, Thalia and Will aiming up high from the sides and on 'Omega' we all charge save Thalia and Will who will begin to fire arrows. "Omega!"

We all rushed in. In a matter of minutes the gia ya were gone and we hasn't broken a sweat. "Nice job Draco. For someone who only came to camp for two weeks this summer you did a pretty good job."

"Oh, shut up Kelp Head!"

I heard the whispers in the crowed 'Did he really just say that to a teacher?' 'Wow. Malfoy defiantly has detention this time.' And stuff like that. To their surprise I burst out laughing. "Blondie!"

"Fish whisperer!"

"Furry!"

"Dracne!"

"Hy-" Thalia cut me off.

"Oh shut up the pair of you. It's bad enough that I have to listen to this every summer but now for the whole year!" Then Thalia yelled at the sky. "What did I do to deserve this?!" Thunder rumbled even though it was a cloudless day. "Yeah, yeah. That was not me." She mumbled.

I remembered the class, "Class dismissed. I hope you enjoyed the lesson. Next class is bows and arrows."

Me and my friends walked up to the castle laughing at something Nico said while he pouted. "Cheer up Nico!" Thalia said. I looked out over the lake and remembered something, something vitally important to me. Tomorrow was Annie May's birthday. She hadn't lived until seventeen.

I walked up to Professor McGonnigal. "Minerva, tomorrow Nico and I need the day off. He's taking me home to see my girlfriends grave. It's her birthday tomorrow, she didn't live till seventeen. Is that ok?"

"Yes of course. Why Nico though?"

"He can shadow travel me there in a matter of seconds. Good night, Minerva."
