Sigma's POV

"Here, have a seat." I motioned toward the chair. She took the offer and sat down quietly.

I sat behind the table and placed my fingers under my chin. She looked around and spoke.

"What do you want to know? I know quite a bit, you have to be more specific." She asked.

I smiled and responded quickly.

"Everything."

"Well, let's start easy. They don't have many troops left, they are weak."

"What about Sierra? How is he doing?" I questioned.

"He's under recovery. Do you think he can survive you?" She returned.

"No, I want to crush his resolve. I hear you are quite wealthy yourself. Have you considered providing for our cause? Or even trying to buy your way out of this country?" I asked.

She shook her head, smiling as she went.

"Even with this much wealth, there is so much I can do. The most I can do is to help those who pay me more than I can imagine." She spoke, sullenly.

I smiled, opening my arms. I knew words wouldn't mean much to her.

"Here, I want to make a proposition with you. A deal."

She cocked an eyebrow and moved in closer. I sat back and said a few words.

"Work, get money. Kill the ones you've desired to kill."

She thought first, then spoke.

"I don't see the harm in that. You have a deal, Sigma." She responded, holding her hand out to shake mine.

I leant forward.

"I must warn you ahead of time, this deal is in blood. You cannot leave once it is signed. Is that clear?"

She nodded, her arm still outstretched.

"Wonderful, you have yourself a deal," I exclaimed. I passed a piece of paper to an informant and whispered a few words to him. He bowed and left the room immediately.

She looked over at the door, which prompted me to also look at the door.

She was standing there.

Spectre...

Sierra's POV

"Hey, Sierra, nice to see you out and about, what brings you to the hangar?" Gamma asked.

"I thought I could get a bit more fresh air, you know. How about you?" I shot back.

I knew he would want to know wherever I went, it was more of a technicality than anything.

"Air flight is natural to me. I've always wanted to fly one of the subsonic ones."

"Gamma, you can drop the act now. What is it you wanted to discuss."

Gamma, sighing after he realised his cover was blown, decided to speak out his mind.

"Century, Ace and three nuclear bombs are missing. Texas is still under intensive care, we are stuck with boots on the ground until we can get the rest of the fleet back into the air. I'm very worried that we may not be able to make it through with everyone."

"How's Eden coping with the loss of Riot?"

Saying his name makes my heart pang in regret. Over and over again.
