Sigma's POV
"Sigma. About this boy. I sense a presence unlike what we have seen before. Are you sure it is wise to chase after him?"
I looked at the man and smiled.
"Of course. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't be in this situation." I explained.
"Of course! We would be a much better position if it weren't for his meddling affair in our matters."
"Which is why I want him eliminated. You and War both are undergoing repairs. I want you two to stay out of the line of fire. Project Horseman cannot fail."
Death nodded and left, but not before setting his scythe in my room. The scythe laid there, beside a bow, a giant broadsword, and a giant shield.
I always asked the Horsemen to leave their weapons with me in case they were ambushed out in the open. Although the opposite is more logical, I would depend on them being sufficient to fight without their weapons.
Honestly, them being as proficient with their fists as with their weapons works way better than letting them depend on their weapons.
"Sigma. I want to have a word with you, privately," War walked into the room, closing the door as he turned to face me.
"Sure War. Whatever is on your mind?" I asked.
"I understand you have this great plan and all, but what is your end goal? What do you want to accomplish?" War said as he took his seat.
"I have been working for this goal for a very long time, War. It is in my sole interest to make this world bow to me and me alone. I will not lose that goal to this boy," I said, my voice turning poisonous.
"What do you have in mind?" War asked.
I turned to face Century.
"Quite simple really, some would say they will never fall for it. But I do think it will work," I said as I printed out instructions for War.
War took the paper and left.
I called Century over and told her about the plan.
A look of disdain ran over her face, before turning into a face of cruel pleasure.
I revelled the day I get to kill Sierra with my hands.
I don't care if I have to go through extreme means to ensure his demise.
He will die.
By my hand, or otherwise.
Sierra's POV
"Put it here. No...not there...there...yeah..." I said, weaving around the ammo crates before releasing my grip on my sword, falling off the ledge and landing in the tarps below.
"Not bad, but not good either," Gamma said before resetting the course and launching me up into the air.
"Alright...let's try again. Five minutes?" I asked Gamma.
"Three," Gamma said before launching a smoke grenade into the middle of the room.
Smoke poured out and filled the room.
"No joke, you're just torturing me right now," I exclaimed before jumping.
"Less talk, more jumping!" Gamma said before activating the course. The ledge below gave way and I latched on, before continuing and making it to the outside area within two minutes.
I pulled out my rifle and fired with one hand, jumping off and rolling, bringing up my weapon and taking out three more simulations. Reloading, I took out my pistol and fired behind me, getting two more men in the knees before they even turned to face me.
