CHAPTER 15: DISCOVERED

Chaeyeon's POV~

I flop down onto my seat in class while I wait for the teacher to come.

The bell rings and I look up to see Luhan who sits in his seat next to me. He flashes a smile at me, turns to Kris and starts talking to him.

I frown. He didn't even say hi? Good morning?

Is everything that happened last night a dream?

"Here Han, 20,000 won for you." Kris hands Luhan the money. "You really did it, huh? She confessed to you so quickly last night."

Wait...what are they talking about? Someone else confessed to Luhan?

"Of course, I knew she liked me." Luhan replies. "It's so obvious. She's totally gullible."

Eh...who is he talking about?

"Well played." Kris laughs and gives Luhan a high five.

I didn't know they were so mean...betting on a confession?

Is this Luhan's real personality?

Luhan looks at me and I turn away quickly.

"Did you hear what we were talking about?" He asks me.

I turn to face him. "Yeah..."

"Good." He says.

I'm confused. Why is it good? And why is he smirking....

My eyes widen as he leans towards me, our noses touching. He moves his mouth in front of my ear.

"Thanks so much for being gullible, servant," He whispers mockingly, "I got a free 20,000 won because of you. Sorry for lying. I can't return your heart felt feelings."

He leaves me shocked as he moves away. He laughs, no mercy in his sound.

And then I wake up.
