Tuesday Morning.
Goodness, weekdays are just impossible to wake up for. I nearly missed the third alarm today and god, The third is serious. I would've missed school, Dulce would have missed school, and we would both have a boring day. I admit going to school is a easy way to spend loads of time and having a friend like Rylee is amazing. It's just when there are people like the 'Princes' and the 'plastics' at your school, time gets ruined. I got out of bed at 7:08 am, begging Dulce to wake up and change. We both have a certain uniform so it's not hard to get the outfit made. Today, I tied my hair into a Bun with loose hair and just no makeup. I look good enough without it.
"Miracle, I'm having Jam and bread!" Dulce screamed.
"Okay!" I replied. I tied my tie really fast and ran to the kitchen. I applied jam on the bread and ate a slice.
"Let's go now," I say.
"Okay," She replies. I hold and her hand and walk to the door. I close and lock the door with the hope that day wouldn't be as bad as yesterday. Down the street, there is a cafe where I usually get sandwiches from. The boy there, is some how nice but at the same time, really pathetic by paying the sandwiches every time. Dulce laughs at the point, but she still eats the sandwich anyway.
"Aye, I'll get a sandwich for us, okay?" I request Dulce. She nods at me and I take inside the cafe. The atmosphere is amazing inside. A flat white and caramel slice, Goodness life would be amazing if I did that everyday.
"Hey Beautiful, Want the usual sandwich? I'll pay," Elliot says.
"Not today Elliot, I'll be paying for my self for the first time," I tell him as he smirks.
"You know it's an honor to actually get it for you?" He tells me.
"Elliot, I'm sorry if this disappoints but I don't need you flirting with me everyday, and getting me a sandwich. I have my own money like I have said and I don't need yours," I exclaim.
"Alright gorgeous, You can pay now," Elliot says. I give him my remaining money and leave with Dulce. We walk as we insult Elliot on the way. Dulce's Kindergarten isn't a long way so our conversation ended quickly. I gave her a big hug and told her the rules, like always. My rules are quite simple like so: No leaving school without me, No hurting people, No telling anyone about your identity and about mama and papa and last but not least, Don't ever become friends with people you know are bad. She runs inside while I leave. I start walking down the street again as Rylee spots me.
"Hey girlfriend! Come in, mom can drop you on the way!" She screams.
"No, I'm fine, I'll walk," I tell. She stops the car, comes outside and drags me along.
"What do you think your doing!" I exclaim.
"Making you get in the car! We need to talk SERIOUS BUSINESS!" She screams.
"But wai-" I try to say before she pushes me in and closes the door. She pushes me to the next seat and locks my door.
"Hi... Mrs Cooper..." I say hesitating.
"Hey dear, how have you been?" Mrs Cooper asks me.
"I've been fine, and yourself?" I ask.
"Wonderful dear," She says. She seems so calm. She is dressed so professionally and she drives a Jaguar XK, Like what in the world?! I could never own a car like this.
"Mama! Miracle isn't going to the dance!" Rylee screams.
"I already told you why..." I say.
"Why not dear? The dances are for you teenagers to enjoy before you reach our stage with isn't very far away," Mrs. Cooper says.
