"Rylee, come on!" I scream at her.

"Come on what?" If you can't make decision, then I'll just ask your mom, she exclaims.

"For such a stupid reason? please be realistic," I tell her.

"Well then, it's up to you. Make her agree and we're set," She says once again and leaves. Well then, another mission to complete. How amazing. Ugh. I drop on my chair, breathing slowly.

"Are you alright?" Sydney Asks me.

"Yup, Definitely," I tell her before I walk to my next class. The day went pretty slow. At P.E, Ava tried to kill me with her intense Volleyball moves but the net ended up becoming Karma. She had a bruised nose, twisted leg, and an aching neck by the end of the game. So much for being plastic. Nothing really exciting happened after that, You know, just the usual school life. For me, I had to think of something which would make Rylee not end up at my doorstep. Everything I have ever worked for will be destroyed and things will go down hill. After the bell rang, I ran to my locker, got my homework and ran to the daycare. I picked up Dulce, but today was a bit different. I saw a child who ran into her mothers arms, screaming for her in delight. Bright red blushed cheeks and a big smile, her mother kissed her forehead and waved to her teacher and left, holding her hands. For Dulce, Never could do that and she'll never be able to do that, ever. I had my usual conversation with Dulce and got her an ice cream before we went home. She acts as if I'm the best sister in the world, but I know, how imperfect I am. When we got home, Dulce threw her bag on her bed and I threw mine on my bed. I sat on the bed and I asked her a question.

"Hey Dulce, Would you like to stay at Steph's house for at least an hour and a half?"

"Steph's house?! Ofcourse Miracle! But why...?" She questioned.

"I know I'm being real selfish but.. I wanted to go out with Rylee," I told her.

"Sure!" She said, having a wide smile on her face. I feel so selfish, risking her life to go out with friends. I really don't know. I call up Aunt Renee to confirm everything with her and I get Dulce to have a shower and get ready. I also get ready, with my hair up in a messy bun, wearing black jeans, a loose sweater and my amazing ankle boots. I walk out of the house with my phone, keys and my wallet. I call for a taxi to drop us to Rylee's house. We made a plan that me and her will be dropped by her driver and I agreed. I kiss Dulce's forehead and leave with Rylee. Us 2, Sydney and the 'Princes' are to meet at the Baristas, one of the finest coffee shops in the all of Phoenix. We were dropped off by Rylee's driver and waiting there was all the guys.

"Sydney not here yet?" Rylee asked.

"Nope, But I am. " Winked Jackson.

"Goodness weirdo, stop the winking crap," Rylee demands. Jackson laughs and winks again, irritating her. Dominic was full on his phone, messaging someone.

"Who you messaging lover boy?" Ethan asked him.

"Jenny," He replied. Sydney just entered that minute and asked : Whose Jenny?

"His sister," I reply to her. He looks at me suddenly.

"How do know Jenny?" He questioned me. CRAP! I forgot he doesn't know he called me Jenny. Ugh. Distractions! Goodness help.

"Rylee was telling me about her," I answer me.

"Oh, Okay," He says, settling in. Ethan goes with Sydney and orders the drinks while Rylee secretly messages me.

Rylee : Oii, You know, There's something mysterious about Dominic Pierce, what do you think?

Me : I have the least of time to think about myself and you think I'd think about him?

Rylee : Still!

Me : Clear answer, No.

Rylee : Fine fine.

Minutes after, Ethan and Sydney are back with our drinks.

"The sun's shining bright," Jackson tries to become flirty.

"Um, I think your blind cause the sun is practically going down," I tell him.

"Oh I love girls who are smart," He smiles.

"Oh, that was just general knowledge," I explain and he sits back, realizing I have no time for the flirting crap. We try to open up to each other with some truth and dares and Sydney talks about her past. Somehow, I remember half of it. Weirdly, I'm guessing but my brain is so sure about it. Sydney giggled softly while Rylee and Jackson have a drinking contest. An hour passes through and it was practically 7.

"We should go home now, it's quite late," I say.

"True, my mother will be worried sick if I'm not home in next 30 minutes," Sydney agrees and our big hangout ends. I go off with Rylee, waving at everyone when my eyes lock onto Dominic's and he smiles at me. I smile back and sit back into the car. Thinking about the whole thing, it's probably the first time I've ever been out with my friends or let's say... The first time I ever made friends. No one had liked me in my previous schools, I was a dork... But this afternoon has proven I'm not alone in this fight for freedom. Of course I won't tell them anyone but, Them remaining by my side will be enough. After we arrived at Rylee's house, I spotted Aunt Renee waiting for us.

"Welcome back girls! How was your time?" She asked.

"Great mom, so much food and it rocked!" Rylee exclaimed. I giggled to her excitement and agreed.

"Miracle, Why don't you stay over for some dinner? I'm sure your mother wouldn't mind," She said. I nodded saying that I'll let mother know, Hah, if I had a mother. Aunt Renee baked Shepard's pie. The beautifully mashed and baked potato was sitting on the table, staring at me. Fun Fact : I love potatoes in every way. Boiled, Mashed, Baked or fried. Nothing can stop me from loving potatoes. I glupped down all the potatoes on my plate and rested for a second.

"Yup, I'm done," I say getting up.

"Same," Rylee said and so did the girls.

"I'm sorry that I'm not staying for later Rylee, Mum really wants me back home," I explain.

"No problem, Just be sure to come again!" She exclaimed. I nodded smiling. I held Dulce's hand waved at everyone before getting into my taxi. I get off at the front of my apartment and I give the payment. I unlock the door and get Dulce inside. As soon as I closed my door, My phone suddenly started to ring.

"Hello Miracle, It's Doctor Brice here," He said. Brice was our family doctor and he was also the guardian of me and Dulce until this year. He practically took the responsibility of raising us while keeping us as safe possible.

"Hi there," I replied.

"Miracle, the results from your blood test previously is all positive so no need to worry about that," He explained.

"Oh, thank god," I said.

"But... There is one thing I needed to tell you," He said in a horrid voice. I got worried that very second.

"What's wrong doctor?" I asked him.

"We can't talk over the phone, come see this me weekend," He told me.
