Just so you know, there will be a WHOLE LOT of POV changes. Just warning. Sorry for the long wait. Me and my mom and baby brother are moving from Tennessee back to Georgia and back to Tennessee. Its been crazy. Thanks for being patient. this will be the longest chapter ive posted so far as an apology for taking so long.

Quinn POV

What do these people want from us? They haven't done anything wrong to us but that doesn't mean that its all good. Mom just left with some of the ninja people because that lady, Kari I believe, told them to see what they can find out. Somethings off here and I don't like it.

I'm still inside the room they gave us. It's small. Only one bed on the floor and an even smaller window with bars on the outside. If those bars weren't there I could escape, since I'm only seven and super skinny because of being held prisoner by Pablo. I remember all the stories Daddy told me and Mommy about what he and his three brothers, two friends, and his father did here in New York. Maybe when I escape, NOT if, I can find them. I doubt t they know what happened to Leo.

Tears threaten to spill. 'I miss him.' Every time I think about what happened to him, I start to cry, but I cant here. Me and mama have completely forgotten what our lives and families were like before each other and Leo.

I wipe my eyes quickly as I hear someone coming down the hall. I sit on the bed with the blankets pulled up to my chin when the door starts to open. In comes Kari with two other ninjas on each of her sides. What is she up to? I've been practicing my mind powers a lot, like Daddy told me to, but I can only read there thoughts while looking at them. I decide to read Kari's as she looks at me with hatred. 'Great. She's still alive. this girl maybe powerful, but she's mostly a distraction to the one she calls her mother.' Wow. That's mean.

"Its time for your training." Kari told me. "Follow me"

I get up and follow. Okay, so I'm training. What's Momma doing? I know she already wants me dead so there's no problem asking. "Where's my mom and what's she doing?"

She doesn't even spare me a look. "Kendall is training in the field to see how strong she is against our enemies."

"Will she get hurt?" No answer. Guess no more questions.

(While being held prisoner together) Third Person POV

Quiet. the sound that usually calms one down. For Quinn, however, scared her. Terrified that she cant hear thoughts of some doctors or guards to know what's going to happen next. Sleeping beside the six year old was Kendall, or as Quinn liked to call her, her mother, not knowing the child couldn't sleep. Lookin to the other end of the cell she see the person that joined the duo weeks before, the Giant turtle man called Leonardo or Leo for short. It was strange to Quinn that the moment this guy got put in here he has been trying to protect the two girls by getting most of the torture himself.

They all became great friends. Leo even told them, when nobody else was around, all about his family and friends and their adventures. Quinn was amazed by them and Kendall was astounded, she had never seen a person who would be put down by the world and feared, do so much to save people.

Quinn decided to crawl over to the sleeping, blue masked turtle. Once she was beside him, she gently shook him till he awoke. She put a finger to her lips and pointed to her mother, telling him to whisper. Leo, although confused to why the child woke him, nodded his head in understanding.

"What's wrong Quinn?" The turtle asked concerned, sitting up with his back to the wall and extended in front of him.

"I couldn't sleep. I thought about waking Mama but I wanted to ask you questions."
