Seventeen One Shot

Seungkwan : Mute [Two]

Seungkwan stomping his feet back to the hospital. He saw the girl getting scold by a volunteer and volunteer is non stop poking her head. She didn't fight back.

At first, Seungkwan thought of she deserves it because she is freaking annoying to him just now but then when he saw a volunteer passes by and sighs.

Then, another volunteer shakes her head, sighs and walks away.

Seungkwan stops her and asks her some questions.

SEUNGKWAN: Can I ask something about her?

VOLUNTEER: You mean that girl? Her name is Hwang Jin Soo. She is one of the volunteers. She has speech disorder and that lady, Mrs Kim always blame her over everything no matter it's Jin Soo's fault or not. Jin Soo is very nice girl. However, because she can't talk, Mrs Kim always take this advantage of hers to bully her. There is one time, Mrs Kim busy playing her game on the phone and forgot to change medicine for the patient. The patient almost die and Mrs Kim blame this over Jin Soo. She has no family members. Her twin sister, Hwang Jin Seo which is also a volunteer just got married to Canada last year. At first, Jin Seo wants to bring Jin Soo over to Canada. Unfortunately, Jin Seo's husband, David don't allows her to do so. Once a while, Jin Seo will come back to visit Jin Soo but now Jin Seo is pregnant so she can't come back.

SEUNGKWAN: So what just happened?

VOLUNTEER: The patient that Mrs Kim should take care of just vomited so I guess she is blaming over Jin Soo again.

Seungkwan looks at them.

Mrs Kim is still poking at Jin Soo. She even pinches her arms.

VOLUNTEER: I need to go and do my job. Bye.

Seungkwan continue stomping his feet again and walks towards them. He pushes Mrs Kim away and pulls Jin Soo to aside and behind him. He then started to shout at Mrs Kim with his squeaky voice loudly.

SEUNGKWAN: You didn't do your work well and blame at her. Because she can't talk, you take advantage of her. If I see this again, I will take action. Getting kick out of the committee seems like a minor punishment. Hmmm should think another punishment.

MRS KIM: No please don't. I'm so sorry for what I just did to her. I won't do it again any more. I'm sorry.

SEUNGKWAN: Did you apologize to the wrong person?

MRS KIM: Sorry Jin Soo. I'm sorry Jin Soo. Please forgive me.

Jin Soo did some hand gestures and Mrs Kim then goes in to clean the patient and the bed.

SEUNGKWAN: what now?

Jin Soo took out a notebook, marker pen and starts to write.

SEUNGKWAN: Same age as me. My name is Boo Seungkwan.

SEUNGKWAN: Sure. Anything need me, I'm at room C6-17. I will have a surgery at 2 p.m. later. Can you sit in front of the operation room and pray for me?
