Chapter 27 Amusement Park pt.1.5

He looked at you deep in the eyes. Eyes with question. Eyes with astonishment. His mouth was open as an 'o' shape. Nobody could blame him though, if you found out someone that found out your secret, this would surely be your first reaction.

He tried to touch your wrist but you pulled it away. His arm slowly fell down as he looked at the floor with a bitter smile.

"So how did you find out?" He said without looking at you.

"That book." You gulped. "There was a hidden page and-and-"

"And?" He was trying to get the answer from your mouth.

"And I heard your conversation you had with the others last night."

"So, you wasn't sleeping?" He raised an eyebrow.

"No..."

"Ah..." he sighed.

"Sorry." You apologised to which he waved his hand back and forword vigorously.

"No! No..." He looked at you but broke the contact "It's fine. Besides it was our fault for being noisy."

You stared at his face. You could sense panic by looking at his face and that his eyes was looking side to side at an unexpectedly fast pace.

"Are you okay Jungkook?" You asked worriedly.

He was taken aback what you said.

"Did I scare you?" You looked at him with sadness. "I'm sorry."

"Oh no!" He gave you a reassured look. "Don't worry about it! And yeah I'm fine." He gulped and looked far into the distance.

Uou put your hand to your heart and sighed in relief.

"Phew..."

He awkwardly laughed at you sighing in relief.

"Could you keep a secret?" You asked him with hope in your eyes.

"Yes." He replied.

"Okay." You inhaled then exhaled. "About everything we talked about, please keep this a secret to the others."

"Sure." His voice cracked.

Before he already knew, you were already buzzing with joy.

"I'm going to save you all." You whispered in his ear joyfully.

"Yeah..." He smiled at you.

"Can't wait!" You were jumping up and down as if you won the lottery. "I'm going to join the others now. Are you going to be fine by yourself?"

"Yup." You responded.

"You sure?" You asked once again to make sure.

"Of course, I'm sure. Now go and have fun." He gave you his bunny smile.

"Okay!" You flashed your teeth smile at him and ran off to join the others.

Jungkook P.O.V

"I'm going to save you all." Y/N whispered in your ear joyfully.

If only Y/N...

"Yeah..." You smiled at her.

"Can't wait!" She was jumping up and down as if she won the lottery.

You couldn't help but pity her.

"I'm going to join the others now. Are you going to be fine by yourself?" She asked with a positive tone.

It hurt.

"Yup." You responded.

This was the first time you've seen her so bright after she moved in with you guys.

"You sure?" She asked once again to make sure.

Please.

"Of course, I'm sure. Now go and have fun." You gave her the brightest smile you could manage right now.

Just please...

"Okay!" She flashed her teeth smile at you and ran off to join the others.
