Chapter 15:answers and questions
Cici's pov
I walked over to the lynch house and knocked. There was no answer so I opened the door and walked in. I was perfectly comfortable in the house so i went to the kitchen because I knew Riker would be making breakfast. "Hey Riker." I said. He jumped at my voice and turned around. "Calm down it's just me." I said. "Sorry, I've been a little jumpy." he said. I rolled my eyes as he stated the obvious. He turned and went back to cooking. "What're you cooking this time?" I asked trying to look around him. "It's a surprise." he said. I sighed loudly and sat down. "Wait, how did you get in?" he asked. "I knocked but nobody answered so I let myself in." I said. I could almost hear him rolling his eyes. I smiled to my self. It turned out he made waffles, bacon and eggs. I ate with him and finished before him even though I ate more. "Gosh woman, I don't know how you stay so skinny." I rolled my eyes. "The same way you do. Duh." I said. "Hey, do you want to go to the beach again? We can go to the other side and sit on the rocks." He said. I shook my head and headed out the door to my house. I went to my room and grabbed my black and blue bathing suit and my black cover dress.
Ashley's pov
Ross's question caught me off guard. "Uhh, ummm, yes. Yes Ross yes." I stuttered. He smiled like an idiot and leaned in. I did the same and soon, our lips touched.
Riker's pov
I dressed in my red swim trunks and a black tank top. I ran down stairs and out the door. I came out just in time to see Cici come out of her door and lock it. She put her keys in her bag and walked to me. We walked to my car and jumped in. I was driving and we soon made it to the beach. I jumped out and went to open the door for Cici. She jumped out and grabbed her bag. We walked to the edge of the rocks. "Hold on right here. I'll be right back." I said she gave me a look but I ran away. I took a stick and drew out the words. I ran back and grabbed her hand gently. I covered her eyes and led her to the words. I uncovered her eyes and the first thing she saw were the words 'Will you go out with me?' Written in the sand. She shook her head as tears fell down her cheeks. I took her in my arms and spun her around. I set her down and laid a kiss right on her lips.
