Chapter 23: getting caught and only one not knowing

Rikers pov

I went to the door and punched Ratliff in the arm for the comment. He gave me the 'why did you do that' look and I rolled my eyes. I grabbed Cici's hand and lead her to the table. My mom made a big lunch for the guests so I hope they were hungry. I sat down and Cici sat across from me so we didn't look to suspicious. Apparently Ross and Ashley had the same idea because Ashley sat next to Cici and Ross next to me. We all ate and talked and when we were all done, my mom took all the plates and dishes to the sink. Rydel went over to help her and I walked out side so that I could 'show Cici the garden.' I just wanted to spend time with her....alone. "This is really pretty." Cici said as she looked at the flowers my mom had. "Not as pretty as you though." I said and immediately blushed. Did I really just say that out loud? "Awe that was cheesy." she said as she smiled and pushed me playfully. I smiled and pulled her to my chest. I leaned down and she went to her toes. Right when the kiss started, Rocky decided it would be a good moment to ruin the moment by opening the door. "Uh um uh." he stuttered. "She got bit by a snake?" I suggested. "On the lips really?" he said and I smiled sheepishly and shrugged. "Please don't say anything yet." Cici begged. Rocky sighed and pretended to zip his lips. Cici said thank you as she walked into the house.

Rockys pov

What did I just see? I asked myself. I shook my head to clear it. I sat at the table and out of the corner if my eye, I could see Ross through the window. He had his arm around Ashley. They saw me and put a finger to their mouths. I did the same to show them that i'de be quiet. Everyone came into the living room to watch tv. I looked at Riker and the next thing that came out of my mouth would get me in trouble. "Rikers dating Cici!" I said. I covered my mouth instantly as Rydel looked at me surprised. Cici came and hit me upside the head hard. "Ow." I said as I rubbed the back of my head. She gave me a look. "I knew that." Ratliff said. "I also know that Ross is dating Ashely!" he said. Ashley went and hit him in the head. "I knew that too." I said. "Am I the only one that didn't known this!" Rydel shrieked. We shook our heads. "Why wouldn't you tell me?! Or you?!" Rydel said as she pointed at Cici and Ashley. They shrugged shyly. We were I trouble.
