Chapter 16: first kisses and water fun

Ashley's pov

This was my first kiss and it was with Ross!?!? I couldn't believe it. As we pulled away I smiled. I sat back on my swing and swung as high as I could go. "Yeeeaaahhh!" I shouted when I reached the top. When the swing finally slowed down, Ross was laughing. I smiled as my swing rested. I couldn't help but laugh because Ross's laugh was contagious. When we finally stopped laughing, we heard a noise coming toward us. We turned our heads to see one of the last people that I wanted to see. 'Logan'. "Hey Logan." I said without enthusiasm. He smiled then eyed Ross. They were about the same height but Ross was like an inch taller. They had the same build to there bodies but Logan had straight brown hair. "Hey Ashley. It's been a while since the last time I saw that pretty face." he said as he came closer with his hands in his pockets. "Yeah I guess when I said 'I never want to see your face again' it worked. Well, almost." I said.

Cici's pov

My cheeks were wet with tears. I was so happy and now I was Rikers and he was mine. I had one worry. He would see another girl that was better and take up that offer. I saw girls better and prettier then me stare at him all the time. We sat on the edge of the rocks letting out feet dangle and get splashed by the waves. Our hands interlinked and my head in his shoulder there was no person happier in this moment then I was. I looked at Riker and leaned in. As if on cue, one giant wave came and slashed us. We both got soaked. We laughed and leaned on each other for support we were laughing so hard.
