Niall convinced Angelina and me to go out and shop. I think it was because he needed the others to help plan out Angelina's surprised birthday party. They said we should be back around five. He also gave me a mission to see what she was interested. I still had a feeling that Niall knew what Angelina liked regardless if I tell him or not, but I guess he was worried her tastes changed when they were away from each other for five hundred years.

“Are you sure you're alright?” Angelina asked as we walked through the five star mall. “Are you hearing his voice or have you been feeling ill?”

I shrugged, “I feel fine. I haven't heard anything ever since the night I came back.”

“What did he say to you?”

“He was telling me to stop, but while he was saying that I was also getting images.”

“Images of what?”

“I started to see my moments with Harry. I saw everything like our love story was a movie or something.” I glanced over at her, “I just started to remember everything.”

Angelina smiled, “I had a feeling that it wouldn't take too long for your memory to return.” She looked over to the side. “That's an excellent restaurant. They have delicious sandwiches. Do you want to eat there?”

“Sure,” I nodded. We both walked over to the restaurant and I listened to Angelina speaking French to the waiter. The waiter smiled and allowed us to take a seat. As we settled down, I smiled at her. “Thank you,” I muttered.

“It's fine,” she shrugged, still looking at the menu. “Remember I have bundles of money.”

“I don't mean you treating me out to eat,” I said. She stared up at me. “I remember that you were trying to help me get out of being bewitched. I appreciate what you did for me. In fact, I appreciate everything you did and do for me, even when I don’t deserve it.”

Angelina smiled, “You're welcome.” She sighed loudly, probably trying to rid away the sappy tension that my thanking caused. “So, what are you in the mood for?”

We both ordered coffee and sandwiches. I noticed how Angelina stared longingly at the promise ring Niall gave her. “Angelina, is everything...”

“Does Niall seem weird to you?” she blurted out.

My eyebrows rose up. “What do you mean?”

She groaned softly. “Alright, I'm not very skilled at expressing my feelings, but I've noticed that Niall was acting strange or is acting strange. His behavior is so bizarre.”

“How is he acting weird?”

“Well, for starters, he's been distant. He has been disappearing on me. I wake up to find Niall not by my side and when I ask where he was, he would shrug it off. I mean, we seem fine around everyone, but when it's us...I don’t know.” Angelina ran her fingers through her long hair. “I think it's because of...what happened to me. I've been having dreams about what happened. I think he doesn't want to be around me because of that.”

I felt a hint of guilt. I knew that the only reason why Niall has been so distant was because he was trying to surprise Angelina. What am I supposed to do? I can't tell Angelina about the surprise. “I'm sure you're overreacting. He might be worried about the mystery vam...about the mystery person.”

Her shoulders slumped, “I suppose or he might be tired of me.”

“Don't say that!”

“What else am I supposed to think? Our love is so difficult, far more difficult than yours is. We were forced away from each other and when we're back together, something horrific happens. I don’t even want to tell you about what happened when we were together for those one hundred years. Every day was nonstop problems. Every move we took towards each other ended up actually being leaps away from each other. Maybe, Niall is thinking things are too difficult and he wants to rid me forever.”
