My eyes fluttered open. I glanced over to my left and notice that Harry wasn't beside me, except a note. I read the note and sighed. I needed to wait until Harry came back so I could wear my clothes. The afternoon sun's rays made me squint and I could've sworn I could count every stitch on the bedroom sheets. I remembered how Harry told me my senses would heighten when he drank my blood, but I didn't notice much of a change before. Now, it feels like I skipped a level or two.

I slipped on the button up shirt that Harry gave me from before and wore his boxers. I had to admit that I looked silly wearing this, but it was better than wearing dresses. I picked up the plate of food that Harry had for me. We both really enjoyed the strawberries and the whip cream too much. We ignored the peach and the apple slices. I smirked as I ate the peach slices and walked down to the kitchen.

I stopped in my tracks when I saw Angelina with her back turned away from me and staring out the window. She was wearing a dark red dress that was the color of blood. Her jewelry were made of gold and she was wearing that bracelet with the three nail rings. I tilted to the side to look for the sink. The sink was right in front of her and there was no way I could sneak the plate there.

I cleared my throat and went inside the kitchen, "Don't mind me. I'm just putting this dish in the sink." I placed the dish in the sink and looked at Angelina. She didn't even say a word to me or take notice that I was here. "Angelina?"

She stayed still, looking out the window. I waved my hand in front of her face and she still didn't even faze. I looked out the window and saw nothing but a field. I stared back at her and realized that she wasn't even staring out at the window. She was just zoned out completely. Her mind was far off some place.

"Angelina," I touched her hand.

Angelina jerked away and grabbed my neck. The metal nails were stabbing my skin. It took her a moment to realize who I was, before she loosened her hand and moved away from me. "What are you doing down here?" she questioned.

"Yeah, it's totally fine that you didn't apologize for nearly choking me to death or anything. Don't worry, I don't need an apology," I said with heavy sarcasm.

"I wasn't planning on giving you an apology that you don't deserve."

"Seriously, what is up with you?"

Angelina ignored me and began to walk away, but I couldn't allow that. I grabbed her arm before she could walk out of the kitchen. Her eyes glared down at my arm. "Let me go or else I will break your arm."

"Can you just quit pulling off this bitchy attitude just for one day?"

She turned around and stood in front of me. "What did you just say to me?"

I gulped down the fear and spoke. "Listen, I know that I'm on your shit list right now, but I'm trying, Angelina, to be on your good side."

"I told you how you'd be on my good side again," she hissed. "You aren't giving me an answer so until then, leave me alone and stay the hell out of my way."

"You need to clean up your attitude before you lose the only ones that truly care about you," I told her. "The others are worried about you. They don't understand why you are acting up and they want to help you through whatever it is that's bothering you. Let them help you."

"I don't need to be helped!"

"Because your secrecy is totally like you, right? It's especially like you to lie to the ones you care about right?"

She snickered, "Don't you dare lecture me about lying. You have no room to talk about lying to those who care about you."

"I do actually! Especially, since I know what happens at the end of it all. I went through it too, remember? I went through it all. I went through the guilt, the pain, the betrayal feeling I caused, everything."
