I sat in class my face was burning with more anger than ever. Noticing a slight shift, I looked over and saw Hideki staring at me with an obvious longing. My eyes narrowed slightly, and I turned my head trying not to let him notice. I sighed, and looked down to twiddle with my pencil slightly. It was crazy just to imagine demons actually existed in this world. Behind me I noticed Setsuna glaring into my back, and I whimpered slightly. I turned around and glowered into his black eyes.

"I'm sorry," I told him my voice quavering, "I was just scared, and I won't try to tell anyone again." I turned back to the front not sure if it had helped any, but I felt much better. Pressing my hands against my face I think I fell asleep for the rest of the class because the next thing I knew the bell rang, and I had jumped in surprise. I walked out of class and saw Setsuna and Hideki trudging ahead of me. I held my breath hoping that they did not have the same lunch block as me. They turned and headed for the lunchroom, and I facepalmed myself. Suddenly a force almost knocked me down from behind, and a boy with a wide grin on his face hopped in front of me.

"Soriyu! I thought I'd never see you again, I've been looking everywhere for you!" His wide grin stretched across his face, and his almost white-blonde hair shone slightly in the light. His eyes were golden, and he stood there waiting for a reaction from me.

"Uh, who are you exactly?" I frowned at him, and his grin faded.

"Oh no, not amnesia," He groaned slightly. "The fall from heaven must've hit your head harder than I thought," He frowned scratching his head. "The name's Isei Yasuhiro, and we're best friends or Angels, whatever you want to call us," He grinned.

"Wait a second, I am not an Angel," I glowered at him slightly. "And you're not either, I don't know you, I'm sorry." I walked past him with scowl etched on my face. I went through the lunch line and sat next to Hideki who was obviously very uncomfortable. "Hideki, do you know what that boy is?" I gestured towards Isei as he went through line to get his tray. Hideki's eyes seemed to darken, and I suddenly regretted asking it.

"No," he said coldly, "I don't recall anyone like that." I sat there poking at the lunch, which didn't even seem like real food. Isei sat next to me and grinned. I ran rigid, and slowly looked at Hideki next to me. He almost seemed like a dark cloud and when he looked up his eyes were once again blood red. "Isei, you dare show your face to me after the last time we met?" There was power raging from his voice, but Isei just shrugged at him calmly.

"I don't apologize for my actions," Isei's reply was blunt as hell. "I just came to Earth for Soriyu, because I need to bring her back.

Looking startled Hideki stared at me then back at Isei, "She's not --?" Isei cut him off with a glimpse of triumph on his face, "Indeed she is."

Hideki seemed to grow angry, "Prove it."

Isei shrugged, "All of you follow me." So we did. He had led us outside of the school and into the schoolyard. He frowned, "This won't hurt, but it may surprise you at first," Isei warned evenly. He made me turn around, and he prodded at one of my sides which tickled and felt weird. Suddenly there was a strange sensation from my back, and I felt like I had gained a few pounds. Hideki gasped and looked at me in horror. I glanced over my shoulder expecting a huge monster or something, but what I saw made me gasp too. There were two beautiful white wings etched with ancient designs and patterns that swirled back and forth. They almost seemed to glow.
