Why?
Well, it seems like a cool place. Toshiro is really smart and he can train his lower soldiers pretty well. Not to mention with the overdue of paperwork, man get me in there?
Yes, I love paperwork. My classmates call me the flash because I get my work done so fast. One of my friends said all you see is my pencil touch the paper and in the matter of seconds I'm done. XD ah, friends.
Plus, Rangiku seems like a cool gal. Who doesn't like a playful drunken friend?
