I guess this hurt me the most. It's not because of Momo, god no i hate her and you guys already know that. It's because of Toshiro. He finally believed he beat Aizen. He was revealed, thankful that it was finally over to Shinji and Kyoraku's help. Till Ichigo yells,
"What are you guys doing?!"
Then it appears as Momo and Toshiro is completely heartbroken. And then when she says,
"...shiro...why..."

That hurt me because Toshiro had been hurt so much and now this happens to him. He loses all his shit and charges at Aizen not even thinking. And aizen cuts him down.
