Matsumoto Rangiku, the vice-captain and second in command of the tenth divison!
This character is just hilarious by herself and when you pair her up with Toshiro HItsugaya, they are a unstoppable duo of comedians! She's a carefree drinker who isn't that great with paperwork along with that slacks off alot with her duties that anything to do with paperwork. Like anything. She'll run like the flash from paperwork (Mostly from Toshiro freezing her butt to the seat and making her do her current and overdue paperwork.) With all that said, she's an amazing carefree person who is absoutely hilarious with her attitude about her work, personal time, and of course her body.
Onto on second spot which belongs to a captain of a squad of the gotei thirteen....

Hitsugaya Toshiro the captain of the tenth the divson everyone!
Ah, Toshiro Hitsugaya of the tenth divison. Many say he has some of the best expression in bleach which i side with. After all, his funny annoyed or irrated expressions get me chuckling in laughter always. As I stated before, him and Rangiku Matsumoto make an excellent duo when it comes to humor to lighten up everything that happens in Bleach. I find their duo very interesting if I do say so myself. Just their conversations when she's drunk or has a hangover or even just waking up had me rolling in laughter.

Kurosaki Ichigo!
Ichigo overall is a hilarious and funny character with his personality and let's not forget how he acts towards everyone. Yes, he cares for his friends and allies but he also hates when they mess with him or his precious bed. Him and Rukia have a connection like that in humor with her basically abusing him all the time their necknames for each other. For Ichigo, "carrot-top" and for Rukia, "midget" is just fine as well.
