After Rye and i's little chat he pulled me into a hug. I melted into his arms and inhaled his scent, something that I won't deny makes my knees weak. We stood like that for a while, just enjoying each other's embrace.

'Do you think they made up?' 'I bet they're hugging right now'
'Brooklyn shut up, they can probably hear you'
'Ouch Andy that hurt, Mikeyy, Andy's being mean to me'

Rye looked at me with a smirk on his face before walking quietly over to the door and opening it suddenly. The boys tumbled in the door and landed with a thud on top of eachother. Rye collapsed on the floor in a laughing fit and Mikey joined him since he was last to fall. I giggled down at the blonde heap on the floor. I would feel guilty but it was their own fault for eavesdropping, at this stage I was the only one standing on my feet, I offered rye a hand up and he accepted, extending his arm for my hand. I grabbed his hand but instead of me pulling him up, he pulled me down and I joined the laughing mess. I was laughing so hard, my sides hurt and it was honestly the best feeling ever. I rolled over onto my side so I was facing Rye. Our faces were merely inches apart ' I haven't laughed this hard in a while' I whispered. His eyes lit up and his signature cute smile took over his face. I could feel his warm breath on my face every time he exhaled and it was then that I noticed just how close we actually were. His hand still held a firm grip on mine from when he pulled me down to the ground and I couldn't deny the Sparks that I felt every time he ran his thumb over my hand. I was snapped out of my trance by a flash of lightening, followed by thunder, followed by Brooklyn's shrieks. Rye pulled me up off of the floor and threw his arm over my shoulder
"Looks like you'll be staying here for a bit babe, there's no way I'm letting you walk home in that!' He said. I tried not to make it evident that my insides completely turned to mush the minute he called me babe.
"It's already like 3am, so why don't you just stay here until the morning and go home then if the weathers better?' Andy said. I looked at Rye to make sure it was okay, only to see him nodding his head enthusiastically.
"Okayyyy" I said while lightly giggling at Ryes excitement. I excused myself to go to the bathroom. I locked the door behind me and looked at my reflection in the mirror. The girl looking back at me had dark circles under her eyes . I looked into my own eyes, expecting to see the same hollow brown eyes looking back at me but I didn't, they were different. They shined in a way that they hadn't in months now and the only thing I could think of being the cause of it was Rye. He gave me hope. Things were hard in America and it changed me, made me a different person but I feel like by being here I've caught a glimpse of the old me again and it makes me feel so alive. HE makes me feel so alive. I need him. So so much , he'll never know just how much i need him but that's okay, so long as he's in my life. I'm okay.
I walked back into the living room and saw all the boys in bed except for Rye who was sitting on the couch waiting for me.
'Um Rye what am I going to sleep in?' I asked.
He walked over to his neatly stacked pile of clothes in the corner of the room and came back with a red sweatshirt. The red sweatshirt that I always slept I before I left. He handed it to me with a smile on his face and whispered 'I remembered how this was your favourite babe' the smirk on his face made my cheeks turn a deep shade of red and he laughed as I looked down at my shoes. I slipped on the jumper which was still miles too big for me and re tied my hair into a messy bun, the jumper came down to just above my knees so I slid off my pants and folded them before putting them down on the couch. I stood there awkwardly when I noticed rye looking me up and down. If it was any other person I would nearly go as far as saying he was 'checking me out' but this is Rye ,Rye dosent like me like that.
'You can sleep in my bunk tonight and I'll take the couch' he said, smiling down at me. I thanked him and climbed up to his bunk, before burying my head into his pillow, inhaling his scent before drifting into a deep sleep letting myself enter a dreamland consisting of none other then the brown eyed boy.
