Episode 6 - You Never Know

Layla's P.O.V (Point of View)

Landon went home after that. The next morning which is Saturday. Again with all those stuff where I usually do like wake up goes to the bathroom then dress up and all those sorts of things. All this time I'm doing the same thing every day.

I kept mumbling in my brain all day until my brother yelled me from downstairs.

"Layla!! Rise and Shine!"

I folded my blanket and make my bed so it looks tidy. I combed my brown wavy hair and put on some baby powder. Nice Smell ~ I opened my closet and spotted my outfit. I wore my black shirt with a batman logo on it and my sweatpants.

I went downstairs to the kitchen saw my brother was preparing breakfast. I kissed him on the head saying Morning. He said Morning too. I just smiled and make some coffee.

When my coffee is done, I drank it while looking out the window, raining still pouring outside, thinking "what's going to happen with Cameron now?"

The more I think about him, the more tears running down my cheeks as I started to sob quietly. I wiped away my tears, not wanting to cry. I remembered my parents telling me to stop crying and be strong. I miss my parents and I miss spending time with them.

I lost my parents and can't manage to lose another person in my life. Cameron. He lost his memories. Is if he going to remembers me when he wakes up? Is he going to be my best friend again? Is he going to kiss me on the cheek saying goodnight or good morning or thank you? Is he going to come to my house and lies beside me on my bed?

"Cameron, I miss you. Please come back." I speak in my mind.

I put my mug on the sink and ate my breakfast with my brother. While we're eating, he told me that Landon is coming to our house with Lucy.

Aaron P.O.V

I heard Layla sobs quietly when she looked out of the window. Maybe she's thinking about Cameron. I don't want my sister to be sad. As a brother, I must try to make her happy. but how?

I'm done preparing our breakfast but before I eat, I dialed Landon's number, calling him and he answered.

"Hey, what's up?"

"Hey, Landon. Can you come to my house now?"

"Yea. Sure man. Where is Layla? Is she okay?"

"She's here but she's not okay. She's thinking about Cameron again. I thought maybe you could comfort her."

"Okay. I'll be there in 10 minutes but I have to bring my sister(Lucy) with me because no one is going to take care of her. If that is ok with u."

"Great idea. I'm ok with it. Just bring her."

"Okay. Bye."

"Bye."

Both of us turn off our calls and I saw Layla sat at the table eating breakfast. I joined her. I told her that Landon is coming over with Lucy.

"What time?" she asked.

"They'll be here in 10 minutes."

We continue eating our breakfast until we heard a doorbell rings.

I opened the door and surprised Lucy hugging me. I saw Landon is still inside the car. Lucy pulled away and asked me to tell Layla to get ready because Landon is going to take her somewhere.

I told Layla about it and shd rushed in her bedroom to change.

Layla's P.O.V

I can't believe what Aaron told me. Landon is going to take me somewhere. Only me and him hanging out together but I was thinking. Where is he taking me?

I decided to put on my grey slim T-shirt, jeans and wear my black leather jacket. I put on my brown socks and black and white converse. I grabbed my bag and ran downstairs. I told Aaron that I'm leaving. He told me "okay and be careful."

I went out of the door and rushed into Landon's car. He smiled and so did I.

"Ready?" he asked me. I nodded.

We talked about other stuff like schools and about Landon's family. Landon is from London. No wonder his accents are so British. Haha. It's kinda hot though.

We stopped at 7 Eleven at first, just to buy some drinks and snacks. After that, the rain stopped and we arrived at the carnival. Landon parked his car and both of us went out. We were looking around and Landon wanted to try to win the pink teddy bear.

First-round, Lost.

The second round, lost.

Third round, lost.

"I'll have another shot," he said. I laughed a little telling him not to give up.

At last on the 5th round, he won. He got the pink teddy bear and gave it to me. I thanked him for that.

Its been 3 hours at the carnival and he drove me home.
