Layla's P.O.V
Next morning, I woke up at 6.15 am. I got a text from Landon saying he needs to talk to me. It's important. oh no. did Aaron tell Landon about the kitchen incident? I'm dead.
I got dress and rush to school straight away. I text Landon where he is and he told me that he's at the Science Lab. I went there as fast as I could and saw Landon led his head on the desk. He saw me and ask to sit beside him.
"Landon, I can explain," I told him.
"No. It's not your fault Layla," he said holding my hand. My eyes went blank at first.
"What's the problem exactly?" me biting my lip as I lift my right eyebrow.
He took a deep sigh.
"You're my sister," he told me.
I laughed because it's really hard to believe what he just told me. He just looked at me in a serious and sad face. I stop laughing.
"Are you serious?" I asked
He nodded saying sorry. I just couldn't believe what he said. Tears streaming down my face as Landon wipe my tears away.
" It's going to be okay Layla," he told me as I hugged him tightly. He hugged me back.
"Are you sure that I'm your sister?" me asking him trying to make sure.
"I'm 100% sure. Here, I gotta proof," he replied while handing me a piece of the white paper sheet.
I read all the information contained as more tears running down my face. I simply drop the piece of paper to the floor and rushed out of the lab as Landon chase from behind. He caught my arm and spun me around.
"Where are you going?" he asked.
"Home. Bye."
I walk faster while crying my tears out as everyone stared at me. As you can see, I ditched school and went home and lock the door as I ran upstairs into my bedroom and lock the door behind me. I dropped my bag and the side of my bed and plopped on my bed as more tears running down my cheeks.
This is not a perfect day.
