I nodded as I turned to look at him with his smile on his face. (:

He moved closer in front of me. Cupping my face as we're about to kiss.

But... I figured that maybe I don't want to rush things so I moved away. Plus, I still have a few feelings for my long lost brother.

Cameron's P.O.V

As we're about to kiss, she pulled away. Maybe it's because we're best friends. Or maybe he's still in love with Landon.

God, how I wish if only my memories could come back.

" Want a sandwich? " Layla said.

"What do you have? Tuna or egg?"

"You," she said. I looked at her.

"I meant Tu. Tun..a," she said as she laughed a little.

Layla's P.O.V

" Tuna or egg?" he asked. Which in my mind was, "Landon or You?"

"You," I replied as I smiled. Cameron looked at me awkwardly.

"I meant Tu. Tuna." I laughed because I'm such a dork. I'm an idiot.

"So.. do you want some or not?"

" sure."

Cameron and I were watching a horror movie while eating sandwiches on the couch. Cameron and I were seated very far from each other at first but end up cuddling because I think I was the one who kept moving closer to him. -.-

" Are you that scared?" he said trying to break the silence. I nodded as I let out a breath. He took the tv remote as he turned off the movie.

"Why did you do that?"

"I want to tell you something," he said.

"Okay? Well, go on."

" I know that we're best friends but uh... I think I'm in love with you," he said. I don't know why I feel like my heart is lost. Feels like someone took it. For once, I could breath easy. Maybe that's because I'm with Cameron.

"I love you, Layla..."

"I love you too Cam.."

We didn't kiss though. We just hugged. I was not upset about it. Why I felt upset as I have to leave for my college next week.

"Did you say goodbye to Cameron?" my aunt asked as she was driving me to the airport.

"I did."

Cameron's P.O.V

"I'm going, Cameron," Layla said as she hugged me tightly. I hugged her tighter. How I wish if we could stay like that forever.

"Hmm. Guess I'm gonna miss you," she said as she pulled away.

"I'm gonna miss you too," I said. before added, " Now go. You're gonna miss the flight." As we laughed a little.

She hugged me again for once and said, " I love you, Cameron." "I love you too Layla."
