America's POV

I awoke to the sound of someone walking by outside my door. I took a deep breath. Here it comes.

Someone opened the door and walked in.
"Get up, your prince who you thought loved you never came." The rebel said mockingly.

"Good. It's better for our country that way." I retorted, trying to sound strong even though tears were threatening to spill from my eyes at any second. He never came. He really never came. I stood up and the rebel grabbed me roughly pulling me through the door.
Here it comes.
"Follow me." The rebel said roughly.
I took a deep breath and followed him down the hall.

Maxon's POV

We have reached the perimeter of the area that America is in. We have about an hour left to look for her. We have already looked for about an hour and we've had no luck. I'm begging to get really nervous for America's safety.

As I walked back into the bus the TV flickered to life. What? I glanced over and gasped, because there was America dangling from chains looking worse than ever.

"This is an hour early!" I yelled. "What is going on?!" I am really beginning to freak out now, they can't do this an hour early!!! Ugh!!!!

"Your Highness calm down. We don't know what is going on yet." Said my secretary of defense, Marshall

I tried to take in the words to calm myself down but it wasn't working. We need to find her, fast.

Then Aspen walked onto the screen.
"Well Hello again!" He exclaimed, seeming way to happy about this. He then turned to America. "It seems that your prince never came to save you, guess he doesn't love you as much as you thought, I knew he was trouble. You should have picked me Mer, but your time for that is now over. Maxon never came, so let's get this over with."

How could he say that! I hoped America knew that he was just trying to make her mad. But she looked hurt. Like she was about to cry. I wish I could just call to her and tell her that I'm sorry and that I'm trying to find her. Aspen then turned back around.

"I will say Maxon I am not surprised that you never came for her. But no matter, it is to late now, as it is time to start the process of killing your America. This should take around an hour just to keep you in suspense, her in pain. Because if you can bring us what we need within the hour then you just might be able to save her in time. But let's get started shall we?"

By now I'm crying so much I can't even see the screen anymore. I need her back. I can't live without her.

But we still have a chance.

I stand up and walk to the front of the bus.
"Can you track this video signal and find a more pinpoint location?"
"Of course your majesty," Marshall said.
"Thank you, please hurry." I said walking away to sit again at the back of the bus.

Now I just have to sit and wait. I thought as I turned my attention back to the screen.

Just hold on America, just hold on.
I'm coming.

Soooooo that wasn't the best but, tell me what you think!
