Chapter 19

Melissa's POV:

I wake up in the hospital to two boys looking at me. "Ash, Luke, why are you staring at me?" I ask. "No reason." They say. "Ok whatever you say." I say as the nurse walks in. "Oh good you're up." She says. "We took a test and it's just the stomach flu. You just need to take this medicine twice daily." She adds before handing me, my medicine. "Thank you." I say. "No problem and you're good to go." she then says. "Yay!" I say as a I get up. "Get out boys. I need to get dressed." I say as I push Luke and Ashton out. "Ok, ok. Calm down." Ashton says. I then get dressed and is already to go. I then get the boys and say, "I'm ready boys! Let's go!" "Ok come on babe." Luke says as he grabs my hand and intertwines our fingers. We got into the car and Ashton drove. Luke and I are in the back with my head on his shoulder. We then get to his house a few minutes later and Michael and Calum are sitting on the couch. "Hey guys! Guess who's back from the hospital!" I say. They both get up and run over to me. "Melissa! You're home and safe!" Calum says. "Yup." I say. "What was wrong?" Michael asks concerned. "Just the stomach flu Mikey." I say as I hug him. "EWWW GERMS!" Michael yells as he tries to get out of my grip. I let go and I just look hurt. "That hurt my feelings Mikey." I say. "Oh Mel. I was kidding." Michael says as he hugs me. "Ok Mikey." I say as I ruffle his hair. "Hey let's watch a movie and have a lazy day." I say. "Ok." The boys all say. "Ok pick a movie and I'm going to change clothes." I say as I run upstairs and into my room. I change into sweatpants and Luke's shirt. I then wipe all my makeup off and put my hair into a messy ponytail. I run downstairs and sit next to Luke. "What movie?" I ask. "My Bloody Valentine." Calum says. "You have got to be kidding." I say under my breath. "What?" Luke asks. "Nothing. It's just, me no likey scary movies Lukey." I say as I cuddle up to him. "Oh don't worry, your Superman Luke, is here for you." Luke says while putting his arms around me. "Thanks." I say as I kiss his cheek. "Wrong spot love." He says as he kisses my lips. "Right spot." He adds. "Ohh." I say as the movie starts. "SHHH! MOVIE'S STARTING!" Calum, Michael, and Ashton yell. "Ok." Luke and I say. I cuddle closer to him knowing a scary scene is coming up.
