Aphmau's pov:
"Daddy and Ms. Katelyn are here!" Little Abby cheered. "Hello my little one," Jeffory picked her up and spun her. "Hey Katelyn," I smiled as I hugged her. "Hey Aph, who's he?" Katelyn asked acknowledging Garroth. "He's Garroth, my... personal guard. Katelyn let go of me and looked at Garroth suspiciously. "He has the same name as the eldest son of O'Khasis." "THAT'S WHAT I SAID!" I yelled. "I can assure you I'm not that Garroth," Garroth spoke.
"Anyway there's something we need to talk about something," I said. "About?" Katelyn asked. "Lillian." Jeffory and Katelyn eyes widen. "Lillian? What happened?" "Daddy who's Lillian?" Abby asked. "No one important sweetie... Let's spend time together," Jeffory nod at us and walked away. "Bye!" Abby smiled. "She's so cute- Anyway what about Lillian?" Katelyn asked. "She appeared and then she was talking to someone on the communication amulet," someone spoke. I turn around and see Laurance.
"I didn't see there Laurance. Anyway if Lillian was talking to anyone it was most likely Zane." Katelyn said. "We should speak of in an more private area," Garroth suggested. "He has a point," Laurance agreed. "Yes... Let's go to my room," I suggested. "Fine by me," Katelyn sighed.
~Aphmau's room~
"So as I was saying, Lillian was most likely talking to Zane," Katelyn explained. "When Garroth and I put Lillian in the cells a portal opened up and she walked through-" "Ivan. It was Ivan," Katelyn told us. "Who's Ivan?" I asked confused. "Ivan the Reckless. He's a member of the Jury of Nine. You dont really have to know much about him, but he's a warlock. He doesn't really care but he IS reckless. Which is why that's his title," Katelyn explained.
"Who are the other members?" Garroth asked. "The other members... Do you two also like to know of the Jury of Nine?" Katelyn asked. "Yes," Laurance and I spoke in sync.
Katelyn sighs,"For your sake Aphmau. I'll explain every last detail to the best I can. Anyway I'll start from the the beginning. At least a thousand years ago, once Lady Irene brought peace to the land, many sought after her hand in marriage, to assassinate her, to glorify her, and so on. She had a difficult time setting foot anywhere. Then, Xavier stepped in and established The Jury of Nine - to pass judgement on anyone who dared to speak with her with intent both pure and malicious. However now and days it's not what Xavier had once envisioned.
The way that the Jury members' titles work could be a number of things, including what weapon they use, what materials they use, their personality, or how they use their weapon. Like how Jefrroy got his title from how he uses golden weapons, or it could be the in retrospect 'His kind, golden, heart.' Every member of the Jury... has to leave their family in order to fulfill their duties. The members are given powerful armor and potentially weaponry as well so long as they are loyal. Each member seems to have a special transformation form as well- As I said, the Jurors are given armor and weapons in return for their loyalty, and not having that loyalty anymore would get your armor taken away or killed.
However, it seems that not having loyalty to O'khasis anymore does not have a direct connection to a members powers and arsenal. An example myself. I renounced my place in the Jury unofficially however I still have my armor and my powers. Well until Zane officially takes it all away.
The head member of the Jury of Nine is Serenity the Silencer. She's one of the most dangerous and loyalist one to Zane. She's someone who you should take VERY seriously. However she's still my friend. And if she's really dead I'm murdering Zane- Erm. Anyway she's very powerful and she could care less about the people she murders.
Next is Janus the Silver Death. He's also one of the most dangerous ones. He's someone who also should be taken very seriously.
Ivy the Vemon Scythe. She's also someone who's dangerous. She also SUCKS! I HATE HER GUTS!- However she hasn't come back from Tu'La. I don't know what her objective was but it must be REALLY important if she's been gone for almost two years. Truth be told but if you put Ivy, Janus, and Serenity together on a job and they're unstoppable. Those three should never be paired together... again...
