I remember I was suppose to be serious. But her... Aphmau she made sure I wasn't serious. Something about her is cheerful. Even when I met her, she always happy and a little stubborn too. Why is this girl like this..? But today I have to be serious hopefully. I walk out of my room to the dining room downstairs. As I sit down the king comes. She looked pretty like usual. But her smile went to a frown when she saw her father upset. She asked, "What's wrong father?" "Aphmau... sweetie... O'Khasis wants to go to war with us," the king said. "But aren't O'Khasis fighting Scaleswind?"Aphmau questioned. "Yes... but O'Khasis said that we have something they want before you were born," the king said, "And that they were tired of us keeping it from them for so long."
"What can we do to stop it father? " Aphmau asked. "They said if we don't give it up we've have to make you and second born of O'Khasis wed,"he said, "And O'Khasis will have Phoenix Drop, Scaleswind, and O'Khasis under control." Under my helmet my eyes widen. Why is my father like this?! He's such a...... monster. How does my mother still love him now. I remember when my father was nice until he got really ill and nearly died. He should be grateful that he survived. But what will he do if he somehow finds out that I'm here?! I can't let O'Khasis hurt Phoenix Drop for my selfish actions. But I have to protect Aphmau and that's why I'm here. She's the sunshine to everyone here..... Keeping her safe is my priority.
*time skip outside of castle*
"Garroth... I'm… scared for what might happen," Aphmau says. "Don't be.. as your protector I will always be here for you even if I'm far away. I will not let someone hurt you. I would die for you as many times I have too," I said. She smiles,"Thank you." Aphmau hugs me and at first I hesitated but then I hugged back. Then we continued walking. We went to the usual places that Aphmau would go to. Then Aphmau went back to the castle and decided to think for the rest of the day...
Aphmau pov: This can't happen.. I don't want to marry someone I don't know.. I don't want to go to war.. UGH.....
