I walked into school. My hair was a mess, my nose was all scratched up along with my face. My eye was as black as my soul. I got into a fight with Rene and let's just leave it at that. At least, I'm not the one hospitalized. I put my hoodie on my head and went into class.
Everyone was staring at me as if I murdered someone. Like come on never seen a bruise before?
"Maya are you alright?!" Lucas and Farkle and Riley all ran up to me.
"I'm fine, just fell on my way home last night and got pretty messed up." I lied of course.
"I don't believe it." Farkle said and grabbed my arm dragging me out of the room and into a janitors closet bringing me back old memories from when we kissed in here. "You definitely were in a fight, now who hit you?" Farkle asked more like told me to tell him.
"Fine, it was Rene. We got into a fight. I broke her arm and nose and she left my face a bit messed up." I signed.
"Maya! You could've have called anyone for help! You could have called me.." He ran his hands through his hair and sighed.
"I know.. I'm sorry I just didn't want anyone to get involved with my problems." I looked down.
"Maya, we are all your friends. We care. Don't hide stuff for us." He hugged me and we went back to class.
-------------Time skip--------------
I was over Rileys and I sighed after, talking to her.
"Let's get some sleep to try to get our minds off of it?" She smiled. "Maybe we can dream about unicorns!" She laid down and I couldn't help but, to laugh. She is my ball of sunshine.
"Thunder.." I said.
"Lighting.." She said.
"Buddies!" We both yelled and went to sleep.
