HAYES' POV

I can't believe what just happened.

I'm in Liz's hotel room with her because I do not want her to be alone right now.

"Hayes, thanks for staying here with me." She smiled.

"No problem." I smiled.

I looked at her and leaned in slowly as she did too.

Our lips crashed together and I felt what I haven't felt in awhile.

I felt fireworks, butterflies, you name it, in my stomach.

I placed my hand on her cheek making the kiss more passionate.

Leading to a make out session.

We both let go and looked at each other.

"Liz, I have never stopped loving you." I said.

"Hayes, I've never stopped loving you but I can't be with you, yet. I literally just broke up with Jace a few hours ago." Liz said.

"I understand. But, let me know when you're ready." I smiled.

"I will." She smiled.

Then Maddie and Shawn walked in.

"Hey, guys.. Liz, what's wrong?" Maddie asked.

"Me and Jace broke up." Liz answered.

"What?! Why?! What did he do?! I'm going to kill him!" Maddie said.

"He was cheating on me with Georgia, again." Liz said.

"I'm so sorry, Liz. He doesn't deserve you." Maddie said and hugged Liz as Jace walked in.

I stood up.

My body went all tense.

"Jace, what the hell is wrong with you?! You've never deserved Lizzie, go be with Georgia because nobody wants you here." Maddie said.

"I know. That's why I'm leaving." Jace said.

"Where's Georgia?" I asked.

"Out in the hall, waiting for me." Jace answered.

Jace got his bags and walked out.

"I never want to see him again." Liz said.

"You won't." I said.

Liz grabbed my hand and I held hers.

God, I missed her.
